I placed an online for pick up noticed i had forgot to put pepperoni on one of them and called immediately the girl told me i had to be refunded and recharged as we all know refunds are not instant. I asked if i could just pay the difference she said no. Once i got to the store the girl at the counter was nice but tried to tell me thats how they do things and I is not any other hungry howies would've put the pepperoni on the pizza yes it was my mistake byt they hadn't even made the pizza when i originally tried to call and correct it. She offered to make the pizza and offered a credit I declined and told her to have a happy new year! going into 2024 im not spending my money on places that dont respect me as a customer theres atlease 5 other hungry howies in my area i just not be returning to this one.

Was going to order when I seen they have a 7-8 dollar delivery fee. Where do they get off charging the price of a pizza on delivery alone? The driver doesn’t even get that money. Hungry howies is a scam. Either this is a money laundering organization or they’re scamming their customers and there’s really no in between. I’ll be looking into what government orgs I can report these practices too. Hungry howies would rather make a buck than provide good food and good service DO NOT ORDER HERE

7 dollar delivery fee just to have it delivered COLD through doordash, if hungry howies isnt paying the delivery drivers where is this money going? Why is there an increase now? Why does hungry howies feel its okay to price gouge their customers? EVEN IF hungry howies was delivering this personally their drivers do not get 7 dollar per delivery. So once again I ask, why does Hungry Howies think its okay to price gouge their customers?

Very stingy on the toppings. Had three pizzas one entire small pizza had two pepporoni slices on all of it. How can you even do that to someone? The other two barely any mushrooms or olives. So cheap will never be back.

I've been ordering from this location for many years and have always had great food. It's my go to pizza place. It's been a while since I have ordered from here as my family prefers another pizza chain. So I got my way the other night and we ordered pizza and bread. The location forgot to put sauce on my pizza. I'm was really bummed but didn't contact them because I just wasn't in the mood to wait for another pie to cook. Luckily they sent me a survey. I had mentioned that everything was great with the exception that my pizza had no sauce. Within a short period of time, I was contacted via email to make it right. Sometimes when it's really busy we forget things...like sauce. Thank you Hungry Howie's for continuing to be my #1 pizza place!!!

They switched the gluten free pizza crust and it is the worst thing ever. I tossed it away after trying to force it down. Horrible choice on switching I am sure the buck you saved will cost you more in the long run.
