Has to be the worst howies around me, order 3cheese bread? Don't worry. It'll be on your receipt but they'll bring you a regular bread, not what you ordered.

Order the new chicken and waffle pizza? Don't worry they'll put pizza sauce on it still. Disgusting.

They sent a DoorDash person who couldn’t even find my address. Besides that when I called to make my order, didn’t offering any promotions nothing. Who does that? I spent $52 on two medium pizzas and one sub what a joke. So I contacted the number and they did nothing for me. So I called the number they told me to. And said they can’t do anything for me! So I called 800 number that they said they call and they did nothing for me. What a joke

I took large pizza Half cheese and half veggie and I told her add all vegetables but no onion also I took 8 wings and 1 20oz soda the cashier said $39,17 which I felt overcharged

When I reviewed the receipt I got charge $7.5 for vegetables on half pizza and already paid $14,99 for large pizza so the total $22,50 for 1 large pizza

Then they charged 0.10 cent for deposit and when I asked the cashier he said this for the cola company !!

When I asked him why the cashier they didn’t tell the customer for extra charge for each veggie and other restaurants they charge flat price for veggie pizza he said this is our restaurant prices.

About the food was less than an average pizza restaurant.

Slowest service ever. Literally had my pizza ready in the hotbox for over 15 mintues and nobody came out from the back to do their job and serve the customer. Extremely rude and disrespectful every employee there should be ashamed of themselves.

Place sucks! Lady took my order for a delivery.Got all my card information and everything. Said it will be 45 minutes. I ended up calling back 10 mins later because I forgot to order dipping sauce. The man who had then answered the phone told me I never placed an order. Once I asked can I place an order since he couldn’t find the first. He replied yes then hung up in my face! After that I called back twice and no one answered. I wouldn’t even dare support or spend money with this place!!!!

service was good upfront however the lady working in the back had a real bad attitude. someone came in with a door dash order to be picked up and the lady in the back immediately started to get hostile towards him and told him to go get his bag. he kindly went outside to get his bag and while he was out there she told the lady upfront “if anyone decides to refuse to bring a bag on then refuse their service!” keep in mind this man gave no trouble at all.if you dislike your job, please leave and go find another one you’ll like. no one wants to listen to your attitude and have it pushed onto others. thank you!

I ordered a pizza online delivery.Never received pizza or a call. My pizza stayed on MAKE for a hour and 20 minutes.No one answered the phone when I called.Maybe try a new location.

Got a pizza here and it was well made and good all around. But the owner of this store is a jackass I over heard him talking to his employees in the back while I was there. He was being so Rude and Inconsider. he was yelling at what appeared to be a 16 year old girl and hes maybe in his 60s. All of the employees there seemed to be miserable because of his actions aswell. He was the one who check me out at the cash register and he was asking me all these uncomfortable questions. He seemed to be causing alot of issues at his own store without realizing it kinda impressive. Very disappointing to see. Do better

Upon picking up our 2 pizza online order, my husband was verbally shamed for not leaving the employees a tip for making our pizza...and then pressured to do so. This is absolutely unacceptable. If your employees' hourly pay rate is not sufficient to feel adequately compensated for their work, they need to be speaking with their boss and NOT your customers. The employees didn't even physically take our order, or deliver it. But still felt entitled to extra money out of MY pocket. That is disgusting and disturbing behavior. We will be taking our business somewhere else from now on.

Zero stars,the one on van dyke is full of the dumbest,liars on the planet..first they forget the one item the entire planet gets on every pizza,then lies about replacing it,Sharon is ur life that miserable that u lie about replacing my pizza,does it make ur life any better?I want what I pay for ,ur whole staff are pos plain and simple
