We had a large group during lunch hour. SIERRA was an AMAZING waitress. The food was delicious and plated beautifully. I highly recommend and give 5 stars to this Ihop restaurant. Thank you for a great dining experience.

restaurant was dirty, hot chocolate was oily??? waiter was fine enough, didn’t go out of his way but he got the job done so, respectable. & mind you, i don’t blame any of the waiters or waitresses involved- they did what they needed to do. i 100% blame the owners and management.

My poor 8 year old daughter, all she wanted between dance classes was her Jr Cupcake Pancake meal for dinner…she left in tears because we were going to be late getting back. Only customers in the restaurant and it took 9 minutes to have our order taken, our server was completely out of site. The Manager brought our meals, which thankfully were nice and warm, but we didn’t see the server again until 10 minutes after we finished eating. I had my card out, ready to pay before our food came and nothing. I wasn’t going to bite the hand that feeds me and cause a scene before my food comes out or before I can pay because I need to get out of there, but my god, there is absolutely no reason we should’ve been there for an hour. Look, it’s Monday night, it’s slow, motivation is low, life is stressful, I get it, but there is no excuse to not put forth some type of effort and just treat people with some sort of respect. I couldn’t believe it and I can’t imagine we were the only ones treated that way. And there’s no chance I go to that link you sent me…nothing would ever make me step foot in there again.

The food was nothing special. Breakfast doesn’t come with toast unless you ask for it. In fact, we didn’t get the hash browns for one meal until we asked for it & it came after half the breakfast was already eaten. The service is slow & the waitress seemed irritated to be there. I managed to get one coffee refill because I didn’t want to bother her & the coffee mugs are tiny.

Didn’t even get to eat. The hostess Kaylee tried to seat us at a table that was still dirty. I asked if we could sit somewhere else, and pointed to a booth that was clean. She had a super snarky condescending attitude immediately, and said we couldnt sit there because the server for that table “just got sat.” Then moved the menus, but left the other items on the table, and sprayed cleaner all over the table while we were just standing there, and I asked again if we could sit at another table because she just sprayed cleaner all over the syrup and specials menu instead of just moving them. She blinked at me and in a super condescending tone, said that it still wasn’t going to be a booth. At this point we were just going to leave, so we went to walk out and I told her we were all set. When we were walking out, she was standing at the front talking poorly of us/the situation to the manager in front of other customers. The manager did a really phenomenal job of trying to meditate, even offering to sit us in the booth still, which I really appreciate but the hostess was trying to talk over us to the manager while I was trying to explain what was happening and the tone she used was so insanely disrespectful when I wasn’t being rude or unreasonable.
The server gave excellent customer service to be 78 years old. She was outstanding.

Pancakes are very soft, fresh & tasty. Worth for price. Good place to come Sometimes with kids & friends to eat tasty, fulfilling and in reasonable price. Highly recommended.
