went there for brunch. service extremely slow, they forgot serveral items in our order all tables around us were dirty and not cleaned for the whole time we were there. clearly understaffed! and i see similar reviews were written a year ago so it means management is aware and not doing anything about it

God forbid you get seated near the restrooms/ kitchen.. all you will hear is the annoying bell ringing NONSTOP for the entirety of your visit. Can yall turn that off? I understand the need for that during off-times/ days but on a SUNDAY MORNING where the dining room is packed?? Why is it on? So annoying to hear that bell ringing so loudly every 10 seconds (quite literally).Our waitress, Desiree? I think was her name- was great, but geez that ringing was annoying.also sounded like they were having an issue with the hosts seating too many customers in a waitress's’ “area”. Maybe some hiring needs to happen so that the staff is not too overwhelmed..

So the atmosphere is ihop. It was clean no problems there. The food was ok the only problem was my kids and I having been going to ihop for like over 15 years and someone always gets broccoli and it was literally cooked so much it looked like spinach they said it was sautéed in garlic butter. Just stick to steamed please. And add for service the waitress was nice but it took forever for everything. I had to order a refill and asked for her to bring 2 at a time because I knew it would take forever to get another. I think it was like 2 waitresses one for one side of the room and one for the otherParking: Plenty of handicap parkingKid-friendliness: They are kids friendly they just didn't give my son a kid menu with the crayons this time.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes and plenty of parking as if they only expect handicaps to come in.

And theAfrican american older woman aboutmaybe 40 years old, takes the menu'sout of the younger white waitresseshand and took it out of her hand andthrew it a different table. By this time l'mgetting names. The African american girl who seemed tobe instigating the other waitress whowas younger calling her all sorts ofverbal abusive laungue not appropriatefor my Google. Then ! hear them fromthe back it was clearly the older Africanamerican lady started yelling louder andlouder and got another staff member toganged up with her agenst this poor younggirl. Who was acting so calm and held ittoghter. I wouldn't of been able to.... The food wasn't terrible, it was just ok.My eggs were overcooked, and they just slapped some slices of cheese on top (which was melting on its way to our table). The blueberry pancakes were good with the blueberry syrup. My hash browns were kinda chewy but fairly edible, I guess. LolThe turkey sausage wasn't that bad.My son enjoyed his buttermilk pancakes.But what made our experience worthwhile was the service!Our server, STEPHANIE, was exceptional! She was kind, friendly, and attentive. Even other servers checked on us as they walked by. Even though the food was "just ok" (and like I said, it wasn't terrible), the swift, friendly, professional service made up for it.
