I was told that my order will be done in 20 minutes . I came after 20 minutes and they skipped my order and the kitchen didn’t see it. They have to prepare it again. I’m waiting another 20 minutes for their mistake. Unbelievable. Someone has to tell them that time is important. Totally unhappy for the service and the promising time.

Extremely expensive for no reason I sat down they took my order and one of the people I was with couldn't decide what time eat and it was really expensive so had to cancel it and go to another place not coming back here again

Let say food is good but still service is bad as happend today i pay 45$ for 5 shawarma sandwich (takeout) and after waiting for 25 min and at home i surprised that they scamed me with 4 sandwich.. be aware people from them

We always travel to Michigan because of Mediterranean foods/restaurants, we used to love this place, but the last time we visit we were so disappointed, we Traveled 6 hrs, just to get a cold kebob (used to be hot and juicy), quzi that seems they heated up in the microwave, biryani that has too much seasoning that overpowering the whole dish, shawarma is okay, hummus, tabbouleh and the other salads is good. But the most disappointing was our server, when he handed the bill to my boyfriend he said the GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED, i also work in a service industry, we know the culture and we know how it works. Just so disappointing that they can’t keep up the quality of the food. Hope you guys can go back on track again.
