Tested my theory I always go to a Chinese restaurant 20 minutes prior to close and place two orders for dinner just to see the quality of the meal that I would get provided I know that they've been working all day and they want to leave that establishment they failed my rice is cold the steak is hot but somehow the vegetables are cold in an desperate attempt to enjoy my girlfriend's meal we managed to find a long black hair in it. places getting ready to close doesn't mind serving you anything

Recently moved to the area and tried 3 other Chinese restaurants first. This is by far the BEST Chinese food that I have ever had. We will always come back whenever we decide to get Chinese. Spicy foods aren't too spicy but just enough, it's not to sweet or salty (which was a problem before.) We highly recommend Jay's Ding Ho Chinese Restaurant to everyone.

We ve been going to this restaurant for over an year know never a issue until recently, we ordered carry out, when we got home starting eating, my daughter finds a worm in the food, at least was dead , I don't know how they store the salad , the meat , but i got so sacred i ve thrown all the food to the garbage,is the last time that i m ordering food from this joint, horrible horrible, experience!

We met with friends at this place for a meeting. we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were very polite and we felt good. The meal was great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Recommended.
Ordered online, they said it'll be ready at 6:06pm. I got there at 6:06 and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for them to cook because they did not start the order until I arrived. Finally got our food (bourbon chickenmeal and beef lo mein) and went home. The fried rice that came with each meal was the driest, tasteless rice I have experienced from a chinese takeout. The chicken was AWFUL! It was tough, had zero flavor, and reminded me of leather. Tried the beef lo mein, it was BAD. The beef was flimsy, and the texture was off. The only saving grace was the wonton soup, which wasn't bad. I do not recommend this place, and if you try it, DONT ORDER THE CHICKEN!

Horrible experience. We walked in to make a carryout order and it took over an hour and 40 minutes. Several other people there also complaining since you have to pay upon ordering. No organization, they had to keep coming out to ask everyone what they ordered. I understand it was Christmas day, but you would think if they were one of the only restaurants open in the area you would be on your A game. As it turns out the food was substandard.

I can describe this place in one word, "awful." I bought 3 things from here and had to throw 2 of them away. That's how bad it was. I can actually say that the dining room/waiting area of this restaurant was the cleanest that I've seen but the food was terrible.

Great Chinese place. Decently priced and have yet to have a bad dish from there. I wish the Chicken Lo Mein had a bigger serving vs. the amount of rice I get, but it's still enough for a full meal and snack later.

What a gem! We had take out tonight and I was pleasantly surprised by the meals I had ordered! The best in my opinion was the Mongolian beef dish, followed by the house special lo main, then general Tao and the house special fried rice. I have to say there was very little salt but that's actually fine with me, I'd rather add Soja sauce instead of the dish being to salty. I love love loved the bean sprouts and the fresh veggies in the food, that was my favorite part!!! Only thing I have to ask for when I go back is to give it a bit more spice! I will be back, I liked the place, it's small, the staff/owner was super friendly and the food is good.
