I found a strand of hair in the pizza. It looks like it was baked into the dough, not something that just fell on top. I probably will not come back to this location.

Placed an online order, they screwed it up and offered to remake while I sat there, then these idiots screwed it up AGAIN. To add to it, they couldn't figure out how to refund me. I'm supposed to wait 2 days and hope it comes through. 0 stars

The pizza was good but the customer service sucked. Only order here during the day and go pick up your order. The delivery driver forgot my Ranch. I ordered an eight Corner Pizza they showed up with a Four Corner Pizza. When I was placing my order I had to repeat myself at least three or four times per question and they still got the order wrong.

When you are lazy, hate your job and won’t take your huge headphones off to pay attention to my order, the result is multiple incorrect orders. Then, to top it off, you get annoyed with the customer. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB, PLEASE QUIT.

I called and asked if you accept gift cards over the phone when placing an order. I was told to place the order and come to the store, and they would accept the gift card.
When I went to pick up the pizza, they told me they only accept physical gift cards. Then why is Jet’s Pizza selling e-gift cards on their website? If you do not accept them in store, you should stop selling them.
I was also told that many people commit fraud, so they cannot accept non-physical gift cards. Seriously, who commits fraud over pizza? I ended up leaving the store.
I then called to cancel the order, and suddenly the manager said, “Please give me your e-gift card and don’t cancel the order.” So now I am considered trustworthy and not committing fraud?
Please be consistent and stick to what you tell customers.

Ordered two buffalo ranch chicken pizzas. BOTH had NO buffalo OR ranch base. They were basically just bread, cheese, and chicken with the slightest hint of buffalo flavoring. Nothing like the pizza usually tastes. When I went to pick it up the person had mentioned in conversation that they were out of a few things. I guess that included the pizza ingredients. Picked it up 2hrs before closing, so if for some reason they didn’t have the ingredients necessary why not just call and tell me instead of letting waste my money and gas to come pick it up? Very disappointed and will likely not be back to this location.

I’ve ordered here twice now. First time I just went in for some ranch. The guy at the counter was really nice. The second time was when I placed a delivery order today. I left instructions for contactless delivery because my dogs spaz out easily. Not only did they follow my instructions to a T , but I also got my food delivered within 25 mins! I was very impressed. You guys are awesome, thank you!
