They literally smashed my pizza with the edge of the box no apology, and when I said something to them, they looked at me like I was retarded or something for speaking up. I’ve been eating Jess Detroit style Pizza my whole life, specifically got it for the corners and they cut mine off. This not jets idk what it is.

I don’t know what happened to that place. I’ve been a customer for many years. People used to be friendly, nice and polite. Now when you call and place an order you face rude staff. It’s like you bother them when you call. You feel like they doing you a favor taking your order. When you arrive to pick up your order, they make you feel like you have to apologize. New staff changed everything. There is one person left that in my opinion is a reason why people go back. It’s sad. Used to be my favorite pizza place.

I tried ordering through theyre Jet bot because it offers 15% off. I spoke clearly to it and answered it clearly. It still kept sending me to the store everytime. And when it does the 15% no longer is offered. I think thats ridiculous.

The customer service is horrible at this location. I called this evening to place an order and not once, not twice but three times someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Then the forth time I called someone finally answered and was taking my order with a very foreboding tone. He was about to hang up the phone and I stated to the young man that he never took my name down for the order. He pursued to say oh yeah your name is marquest right. I corrected him and told him no my name is Monique. He then states oh I misread it and hung up in my ear again. After being treated like that I’m not even sure if it would be safe for me to even eat the pizza so I went and got a pizza from green lantern instead. I’ve been a patron of this store for 6 years and the service has truly gone down drastically. A couple of weeks I went there and a lady was complaining about her salad and a supposed manager started to call the lady that was complaining about her salad a “Karen” in front of myself and other customers. Just sad.

I showed up to pick up an order and the employee said it would be a few minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and four other people received their pizza before me. I had a feeling that it was finished and they forgot about me. I went back up and asked again and the employee pulled it out of the warmer where it had been sitting for a while.
I had a problem with a DoorDash order and Gavin talked to me and DoorDash to get it sorted out for over an hour, even after it was cancelled. I have never had a restaurant staff member go so far out of their way to help me, he is the only reason I’ve even left this review. Give him a raise.

The worst costumer service, we ordered Hawaiian large pizza over the phone and nobody mentioned it’s a deep dish pizza, every pizza place we have ordered from before they ask you what type pf dough regular, thin crust or thick and this one didn’t When we told them we are not satisfied because we didn’t ask for deep dish pizza the manager said it’s the way it’s not even apologized for not declaring in the beginning also it was undercooked dough, the kids couldn’t eat it and went directly to the trash It was the worst experience ever Waste of time and money.

Everytime I come here, the entire staff is extremely accommodating. Been going to this jets pizza for over 15 years. Never had an incorrect order. Jacob has always made sure me and my family are taken care of.
