Ordered $30 worth of food off Uber eats. It literally says on the receipt I paid for ranch and blue cheese, they give me NONE, which in turn ruined my whole meal. Call and asked to speak to the manager and he never once apologized for what happened and also said “well your Uber delivery driver should’ve made sure she asked for the sauces and I’m not sending my delivery person out so take it up with Uber eats” he didn’t care one bit. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow ☺️

This is the wort Jets pizza. They are consistently slow, customer service is nonexistent…today, I placed an online order THREE HOURS IN ADVANCE. Arrived at the scheduled pick-up time,The food is NOT ready and after paying in store, he suddenly realizes that they don’t have any popcorn chicken left. You’re just realizing this now? I only come here because it’s on the way home from my nail appointment but this is for sure my last visit. The one on 21 mile is WAY BETTER. Very disappointing ????

New York Style doesn't mean hard and overdone. Very disappointing, offered to redo it but should have never left the place. With two kids, it's to hard to go back for it to be right. They wouldn't eat it.

read the orders….. you put cajun spice on the wrong pizza which 5 yr olds ate… get off your fn phones and pay attention to your job.
We have been getting pizza from here every friday for YEARS now, and generally any time we are getting pizza. We usually like to call in just so the pizza is ready by the time we get there, but even if you have to place the order in person, they're really quick so you aren't waiting too long! The waiting area is small, but there's a bench there so you can take a seat, or just go wait in the car which is fine.Pizza is great, we like to get the pineapple with jalapeño or red onion with green pepper and they're always nice with the toppings. We also always request that they use a clean knife when slicing the pizza, and they're always say yes without any hesitation or displeasure.
