I am not the type to give a bad review and I try to give multiple chances but this is the 5th time I have ordered from this place and EVERY one of them they got my order wrong

Love Jet’s! It’s one of our top go-to pizza places. Food is hardly ever wrong, always hot, cooked great, and fast service. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking lot - quite a few potholes and it’s hard to see the lines but that’s more of a complaint for the property owner.

I paid $26 for large pizza and it was not testing good and the guy who was making the pizza he was not wearing gloves that was so nasty

This is our regular pizza spot because of the great pizza and the great service. Ordered it to pick up on the way home from a trip out of town, we were late to pickup time from traffic so they didn’t have our pizza anymore but the staff was very helpful and generous, they offered to remake our pizza and personally delivered it to our house so we could make it home right away after our trip. Been ordering here for nearly twenty years with great service so, we were very appreciative to see that continue.

Did not get my pizza that I ordered. When I called to find out where it was, I was told it was delivered. Manager stated they knocked on my door and I did not answer so they left it in the hallway. While I was on the phone with the Manager, I opened my door and told him there was no Pizza, he insisted someone picked it up. Manager was very rude to me more or less of accusing me of lying. When I called back to let him know that the front desk stated no one from Jet's came through the Lobby he rudely told me my pizza was in the oven. The pizza was delivered to the wrong building according to the next delivery driver. The Managers that worked on Saturday were Ian, Zac, and Kyle. Not sure which one I talked to because he would not give me his name but shame on you. Customer Service is very important and for a Manager to talk to a customer that way is uncalled for. Maybe you should take some anger management classes. I hope Corporate sees this review.
