15+ year customer: DONE WITH JETS !! Orders always wrong, long delivery time for a cold pizza. Something’s happened as service/quality has deteriorated in last year. Not worth any of it.

I order about once a month. NOT single complaint. Sometimes i get delivery.. online you CANT order cherry pepsi 2ltr so i ask in the notes and they always come through. I pretip $8 So i bet that helps them rememeber to check the notes. Sometimes i pick up. Today. Lady ahead of me was an old nun with a fairly good size order and they offered to take the order to her car. Im pretty picky orderer too. Light sauce half this and half that turbo and sesame crust.. Always spot on..

Been ordering here for years. Lately service is horrible. Always forgetting something in my order. Tonight I just had to make a review after they forgot my salad and I called up there just to have to speak to a stuttering manager who doesn’t know why they keep forgetting things in my order. I will be taking my business to another Jets or Green Lantern from now on
