Really nice group of young employees who seem to never stop working. This is a busy place! The food, which I get pizza, is always hot, fresh, cheesy, and the crust is perfect! One time, I went in there just for one slice of pizza and the guy behind the counter asked if I could wait a few minutes because a pizza was just coming out of the oven and he wanted to make sure my slice would be hot and fresh. Who does that anymore!? Great customer service!

Had caregiver appreciation day today and Jets was very fast very timely. Very helpful. All the food was fresh. The manager even put more lettuce in my salad without me even asking great service.

Went in on a very busy night to pick up an order and staff was working very hard to get orders together. Had to wait a little but still got the pizza in the time they promised. Staff here is wonderful and kind. Definitely recommend this location!

I was told wait time was 20 minutes, upon showing up to pick up my order I was told it will be another 30 minutes. Canceled order. Unacceptable.

I feel like I was pranked. I ordered a simple cheese pizza and received a pizza with half marinara half bbq sauce. I called to let them know, and the guy who answered didn't even apologize for the mix up. I'd advise you go to buddy'

Gave me a pizza with bbq sauce instead of normal sauce. Called to let them know and they didn't even apologize. I will never go to such an awful establishment again. -100/10 go to Buddys instead.
We always ordered from this place, but I found a hair in my pizza crust tonight. I had to throw the whole thing out because it made me lose my appetite, disappointed because I enjoyed going here. Wont be going back.

I had a few minutes to spare before an appointment I was headed to. I spotted Jets Pizza, the service was good and fast. I guess ever since Covid, everybody’s prices have spiked. To “ME” the price of the small BBQ chicken pizza, is pricey. However, I must include, this was one of the BEST pizza I had eaten in a while!!!

Ordered a salad, with ham veggie cheese. My Mozzarella cheese Was missing cheddar cheese looked old. With white stuff on itSome lettuce where old and wet and muchy and no Fork to it my salad.Glad i had one with me from home no napkin. Too .service really going down. I rather get BUDDYS or LITTLE CESAR'SATLEAST I KNOW I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND GET MY VALUE FOR THE PRICE Will not order in the future again.
