My mother & I ordered a pizza, waited an hr & called & spoke with manager "jeff" & he said our pizza had been delivered when it had not. Promised to make us another pizza & send it right out to us for no charge, waited another hr & spoke to "dear jeff" again. This time accused us of looking for a freebie & insulted me. Ty. Back to Clawson jets, we buy 2 pizzas a week & never an issue. This jets SUCKS!!! Go to clawsons.

If I could 0 stars I would. I order 2 pizzas for pick up, one Gluten free with bold pepperoni and one BBQ chicken. When my husband arrived they gave our order away to the person In front of my husband. They quickly made our order again. The pizza was HORRIBLE! My Gluten free was over cooked and had one piece of pepperoni per slice (which is 4 Slices) my husbands pizza was cold and under cooked. They never offered an apology or compensation for their screw up. To top it off there were people in the lobby who were obviously friends or family of the person making our order. Maybe if they were joking and playing around the guy behind the counter would’ve done his job and got our order right. We will never ever go to the Jett’s pizza at 16 and dequindre in sterling hts ever again.

Ordered a super special with a substitution of red onions instead of white (because why would anyone want to add some flavor eh?). Unfortunately, their text-to-order PoS system wasn’t coded for such a request, so I had to remove white onions from the pie. Completed the order, paid w/ my cc, and called the store explaining the change because lord knows the people making the pies are either illiterate or straight up ignore the notes! ? Anyway, Mr. Manager states that adding the red onions wouldn’t be an issue. Get to the store, bam, not only did they forget my $1 side of ranch, but they charged me $1.7x for “extra” red onions!? If they were just going to charge me for the extra topping they should’ve left the white onions on the pie! ?
PS. Anyone want any pizza with their onions?
TLDR; times must be really tough (& JPow definitely needs to cut rates) when Jets Pizza has fallen to the point where they are now too cheap to offer a single topping substitution (on a $20 pie!!). It’s a sad day for America when a single topping substitution has been are relegated to the wasteland of dreams and aspirations of the mythical “good ol’ days”. Tis a sad day, indeed. ?? Pour one out for our homie the once great corner pizza shop! ?

I always get carry-out from Jets Pizza. I have to say that this order was cooked perfectly and the toppings were generous not stingy as in some past orders. I give it 4 stars because they have not been consistent in the past. I will order again in hopes that the consistency and quality has changed like this last order for the better. I look forward to changing my rating to a 5 star. I hope management pays attention ;)

We recently ordered pickup from Jets Pizza and unfortunately encountered a disappointing experience with both the staff and the food, leaving me quite upset. However, later in the day, Stephanie, the manager, personally reached out to apologize and rectify the situation. Her professionalism and genuine kindness were remarkable, and she demonstrated true leadership. Stephanie has undoubtedly earned her position, and I can't imagine anyone else more suited for her role.

We placed a lunch order to celebrate a birthday in the office. We were told 90 minutes for delivery. When it had not arrived we were told it was on the road and would be there soon. 30 minutes later we called again and were told the same thing. We insisted we needed an actual time as we were now past 2 hours. We were told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. So my food has been chillin' in someone's car for an hour? The "manager" Jeff refused to do anything for us. Now we are celebrating with some cold disgusting pizza. Shame on you, Jet's. We were regular customers here and now you have lost our business.

absolutely terrible service. online ordering said 60-90 minutes... here we are 2 1/2 later and being told another 15-20 minutes possibly longer. nothing done about it besides being told we can cancel the order. no discount no nothing. thanks manager by the name of Jeff for no help besides I'll cancel the order for you! great customer service!
