We recently ordered pickup from Jets Pizza and unfortunately encountered a disappointing experience with both the staff and the food, leaving me quite upset. However, later in the day, Stephanie, the manager, personally reached out to apologize and rectify the situation. Her professionalism and genuine kindness were remarkable, and she demonstrated true leadership. Stephanie has undoubtedly earned her position, and I can't imagine anyone else more suited for her role.

We placed a lunch order to celebrate a birthday in the office. We were told 90 minutes for delivery. When it had not arrived we were told it was on the road and would be there soon. 30 minutes later we called again and were told the same thing. We insisted we needed an actual time as we were now past 2 hours. We were told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. So my food has been chillin' in someone's car for an hour? The "manager" Jeff refused to do anything for us. Now we are celebrating with some cold disgusting pizza. Shame on you, Jet's. We were regular customers here and now you have lost our business.

absolutely terrible service. online ordering said 60-90 minutes... here we are 2 1/2 later and being told another 15-20 minutes possibly longer. nothing done about it besides being told we can cancel the order. no discount no nothing. thanks manager by the name of Jeff for no help besides I'll cancel the order for you! great customer service!

This location at 16 mile and Dequindre has been providing outstanding service and pizza to our family for years. Our most recent interaction happened just yesterday when I ordered via the JetBot, which I love. Unfortunately the order ticket was printed in a way that the toppings became mixed up and the pizza was not what we expected. The manager was extremely accommodating; put in a rush order, and a fresh pizza was provided in 7 mins at no charge. I tried to leave a tip as a thank you, but they would not accept it. Really great team at this location and the pizza never disappoints.

So annoyed that we placed an order in person, it gets messed up then have to wait another 20min for a new pizza. Didn't get offered anything for a mistake on THEIR part and having to wait close to an hour for one pie... Which was skimped on the toppings and not well-done as asked. Either poor training or poor management but very disappointed.

If you like raw pizza this is the place for you. I've been ordering here for like 15+ years. The dough was so raw it was like melted gum, seriously disgusting. Alot of the people working at this location at the moment are just obnoxious. This is people's food , come on!
Gave wrong order. And never gave refund or remake just because it’s an expensive item on menu. Horrible customer service.

You can not come to Detroit and not stop at jets . Their pizza is legendary around here. The service was nice and the place was clean and remind me of the old pizza joints.

If I could give them zero I would garbage establishment take your business to another jets, the A.I. answering system is trash, I honestly suggest you choose another location. Sad that these people are ruining a great Detroit business with Ohio work ethic.
