Such a bad experience today the girl making my sandwich put her hand into the trash to throw something away and then continued to make my sandwich even after I told her that’s disgusting she remade it with out even changing her gloves ? disgusting place

My kid likes the turkey sub, so we come here on occasion. My wife likes the lettuce wraps as a gluten-free option. Sometimes my order is by the door, sometimes it's by the register, another day it was next to the pop machine. I tried the Mediterranean wrap. There wasn't any hummus in it, the chicken tasted straight out of the can. It was extremely wet and devoid of any flavor. I'll stick to the standard subs next time.

I was a victim of the most common issue with this store which is messing up orders. I ordered the Cuban and it was missing bacon, one of the three primary ingredients. I submitted a review on their corporate site. Jimmy John’s sandwiches are great except when you’re paying for something, you expect it to be done right and this store always messes up.
Update: There was bacons but it was like 1 slice. I didn’t get a bite until I was damn near finished with the sandwich. I changed my score from 2 to 3

I'm giving 3 stars for service bc the guy that made my sandwich was really friendly. The girl with green hair that took my order was very rude and standoffish. Had a foul look on her face and even poorer body language. She snatched the money from my hand then her and the other girl behind the counter proceeded to stand there and wait for someone else to come make my sandwich. GO WOKE AND YOU'LL GO BROKE.
I was not paying attention and accidentally took the wrong order when I was in a rush on my way to work and stopped in the restaurant and the staff was quick and kind and replaced my sandwich with the correct one and let me keep the other one. I didn't look at anyone name tags but my cashier was great as well.

This store has really gone downhill. The manager Eddie that works there is always talking about how he is going to ask "them" ,employeess or managers if they talk back that they can STEP OUTSIDE.I guess to fight?Your at a sandwich shop for god sakes. Go to the hood with that mess. I use to work there but got tired of hearing his personal war stories and conversation about his ex's. Anyway I hope they get a new manager maybe I'll go back there to eat since it's close by my house.

If I could give this location Zero stars I would. This location Can Not deliver your food in a timely manner. And by timely manner, I mean in less than 90 minutes. I placed an order & 1 1/2 hours later, I still did not receive my order. The delivery distance 1.6 miles from the store.Upon contacting the store they were not understanding that someone would not want old food that had been sitting for over an hour & a completely watered down drink.
