Workers got our order completely the dreadhead dont take his job srsly and the other afro dude has no social akills i swear he makes everyhting so awkward. they dont even do their jobs they be talkint ab god knows what. anyways they got our order really wrong and im never going back thete again.

I'm giving 3 stars for service bc the guy that made my sandwich was really friendly. The girl with green hair that took my order was very rude and standoffish. Had a foul look on her face and even poorer body language. She snatched the money from my hand then her and the other girl behind the counter proceeded to stand there and wait for someone else to come make my sandwich. GO WOKE AND YOU'LL GO BROKE.

I was not paying attention and accidentally took the wrong order when I was in a rush on my way to work and stopped in the restaurant and the staff was quick and kind and replaced my sandwich with the correct one and let me keep the other one. I didn't look at anyone name tags but my cashier was great as well.

This store has really gone downhill. The manager Eddie that works there is always talking about how he is going to ask "them" ,employeess or managers if they talk back that they can STEP OUTSIDE.I guess to fight?Your at a sandwich shop for god sakes. Go to the hood with that mess. I use to work there but got tired of hearing his personal war stories and conversation about his ex's. Anyway I hope they get a new manager maybe I'll go back there to eat since it's close by my house.

If I could give this location Zero stars I would. This location Can Not deliver your food in a timely manner. And by timely manner, I mean in less than 90 minutes. I placed an order & 1 1/2 hours later, I still did not receive my order. The delivery distance 1.6 miles from the store.Upon contacting the store they were not understanding that someone would not want old food that had been sitting for over an hour & a completely watered down drink.

I ordered a #7 the SPICY Italian, lunch time comes and not one pepper or onion on the sandwich! Not even the oil that goes on it. Like how do you go to make a spicy sandwich and completely omit the spice?! They gave me store credit.

The workers here are my favorite . I'm greeted by name. Eben remembers Mt sandwich n my #2 go too when I come in. The staff are like family from what I see and are very playful. I love the welcoming feeling and the outgoing Ness of the management and even the register person. You guys rock and this location is surely the only one I come too. Food is good but the people make the experience truely.Vegetarian options: Veggie I'd recommend getting it Jimmie upParking: DONT BLOCK DOORS. SEEN SOMEONE BLOCK THE DOOR FOR PICK UPS DURING A RUSH N I SEE WHY THEY TOOK IT SO SERIOUSLY. YHEY HELD UP THE ENTRYWAY

I love this jimmy johns, 9/10 times your Order is ready “freaky fast” they always are super nice and polite and make curbside such a good way to order. As a previous jimmy johns employee from a completely different location, this one is by far my favorite location. I hate to see them having to shorten there hours but if you are putting yourself in the decision to order from the 18 mile and van dyke jimmy johns or this one I would just save yourself the trouble and order here because this jimmy johns has given me 10x better service then the other one that’s nearby. Please look past the bad reviews and go ahead and get yourself a sandwich after you read this review because you deserve it :)
