I placed an online order at 9pm and this location closes at 10pm. I show up 15 minutes later and go through the drive through only to be greeted by the rudest employee. She rolled her eyes and didn’t have my order ready and I watched her make my order. She was slamming EVERY ingredient down. Rolling her eyes and shaking her head the whole time she’s making my order. At one point I tried to see if I can cancel the order and just leave because I don’t want a person with that type of attitude to make my food. This was my first time at this location. Will never come back. Should’ve looked at the reviews because the store rating is bad already.

Service is terrible. They don't use their own drivers. they use Uber eats so expect your delivery to take well over an hour. There is no reason for them to charge a delivery fee when they don't even use their own drivers. Not worth the money or the long wait. Absolutely horrible.

I never have a complaint about Jimmy John’s. The staff is always happy friendly and fast. It is a clean establishment and the food is great every time fresh and tasty. This is the only place I’ll go for subs. They have everyone else beat as far as case to convenience, price and preciousness.

I called because they forgot food that I payed for and had to drive back up there to recieve my food. It is very frustrating to anyone that has to leave AGAIN to get something they already went for. As I called I was disrespected by employee and hung up on and then told that telling them it's "bull crap" that they didn't check reciept to make sure full order was in bag was a swear word and hung up on again! Very poor service and for a manger to get on phone and tell me I swore and that they don't care how I feel is unprofessional! I have worked fast food and I was trained to check reciepts to ensure customer got all they asked/paid for! So sad they closed the store down on 18 and vandyke that had amazing service to where I have to go through this store. I will not order from this place again! And I order jimmy johns ALOT and so do my employers. Lots of business lost due to not caring about customers! Asked for number to call and speak to someone higher and was told NO!

Soooo soo happy with this store! There was a little mishap where another customer received my order by accident. The store called me right away and the manager ended up delivering my order so that he could get it to me before I left for work. They also added a couple extra goodies in the bag for me that I didn’t order. Very appreciative!

I ordered a Vito unwich.. and not off the children's menu and can't go inside because it's been drive thru only.. feeling really ripped off!!
