I never have a complaint about Jimmy John’s. The staff is always happy friendly and fast. It is a clean establishment and the food is great every time fresh and tasty. This is the only place I’ll go for subs. They have everyone else beat as far as case to convenience, price and preciousness.

Soooo soo happy with this store! There was a little mishap where another customer received my order by accident. The store called me right away and the manager ended up delivering my order so that he could get it to me before I left for work. They also added a couple extra goodies in the bag for me that I didn’t order. Very appreciative!

Seems like the workers are being held hostage, it's like they hate their job. They act like they don't see the customer and act like they are being bothered. I've been here like 4-5 times, and it's the exact same way every time.
