lol I just went in here and said hello- after they say their usually jolly good afternoon!! And KALEIGH ignored me as I asked if they were closing after just three minutes they were clearing out the registers and talking about signing off/on to the register? I am specifically annoyed that she ignored me even though I cracked a joke about it because idk maybe they were closing early this evening ! I tried talking to her maybe three or fives times and had my wallet out. It's Easter Sunday and I'm on my way somewhere. I won't be back. It's too bad because usually Jollibee has a good reputation in other states. Wouldn't recommend on the off chance you have somewhere to be on time- or you just don't want to brush hands with people who hate their job. Happy Easter Kaleigh

Not sure why their rating is so low. Service is pleasant food is solid. Wait time varies, but that's to be expected considering it's the only one in Michigan

I gave 2 stars because the food was okay but the service was below what expected. there were more employees than customers and my friend and I both ordered same thing at same time but one of us got the food within 5 min and the other in 30 mins. it was very disappointing since the place wasn't busy .

Its something in a pinch but ... There are gppd and bad things about anywhere we go in todays market and if you've read any of my other Yelp things I give as accurate of an experience as I can. I thought we'd go and try the basic options for lunch cuz I'm always looking for good fried chicken. To be honest the taste wasn't bad at all , mild for some people but not everything needs to be jalapeno soaked this or ghost pepper that. The website won't give prices and there were no takeout menus when I asked but that's fine. For a 3pc w one side it was 13.50 which felt a lil much while I could go to Big Joe's down the road a lil bit and get a 4pc w broasted potato cheaper. We also tried their chicken sammiches for 5.50 ea , surprisinly decent chunk of chicken not an over processed flat patty. Seasoned mayo was a bit light but it was a cute snack. They offer burgers and a form of spaghetti that scared the bajeezus out of me with its "sauce" touting ground beef (basic) hotdogs and chopped mango and something else (oh HELLLLLL no) picture on the menu wall wasn't even appealing , but to each their own .. I'd go back sooner if the prices were a lil lower but I wouldn't pass on it if someone offered me some chicken

We tried this for the first time, and everything was just ok. The chicken, even dipped in the gravy, was a bland. The mashed potatoes tasted like a packet of instant. The Adobo rice was decent but still fairly bland. The restaurant was fairly trashed. All the trash cans were overflowing the napkins, and silverware were empty.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was upbeat and the music was blaring. Customer Service during ordering was great. You can see all hands were on deck, so you didn’t have to wait long for your food.It was kind of busy, but a booth opened up just as we began ordering, so we were able to eat inside.I was surprised to hear white meat isn’t offered, only thighs and legs. What really startled me was the size of my thigh and leg. I am not a fan of oversized chicken. It makes me think the chicken has been genetically modified. That’s only my opinion.I like Jollibee’s concept! Unfortunately, I was not a fan of their food. My first bite of my chicken leg had no flavoring with a smell of an uncooked center. That was it, I was done with eating ANY chicken from my meal. The fries were bland, but edible.I didn’t complain, I just will never go back!Parking: They have plenty of parking, but had one side of their parking blocked off with no entry signs.
I waited until today before going to this Jollibee location in order to avoid the long lines and I was able to satisfy my cravings for Chicken Joy and Mango peach pie. I was quite disappointed, however, that they don't have Palabok or Ube Pie which I saw on the website. My daughter ordered the Jollibee Spaghetti and she was very happy with it. I also ordered a side of adobo rice which I found just okay so I decided to save it for breakfast tomorrow along with fried eggs. The pineapple juice was perfect! As for the service, our order didn't come with the pineapple juices which we paid for but they quickly rectified it since we ate inside. Also, the staff weren't smiling or friendly like I had read from some reviews. Nevertheless, I will definitely go back when my cravings hit me again.

After waiting for a while I received dry, bland chicken that was supposed to be spicy but was about as spicy as cardboard. I would recommend waiting until the crowds die down more since that might be why they are rushing to get food out with subpar quality.

Ok. Don't normally review fast food but this is new to Michigan. So, I do not eat fried chicken or meat off a bone so for the fried chicken we got with my grandsons report. Not very good, KFC and Popeyes is way better. The bun was good. Reminded him of upscale cafeteria food. I had a spicy sandwich which was room temperature and had no spice at all, somehow even the jalapeños were bland. This is a hard pass.

I had gone on my birthday and I had heard about this place on social media and I heard that a restaurant was coming to Michigan the food was decent. Could have been better and the spaghetti was not great, I'm disappointed in this restaurant and I will probably not come back
