WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!
I've worked in customer service for over 40 years, and I've NEVER treated or been treated as horribly as I was tonight! I would like to complain to the Manager, which James refused to give me a name. When I asked for HIS name, he hung up on me four(4)times!
He thinks I was complaining about the pot pie we purchased but didn't receive; however, I was REALLY trying to make a point about the lack of service....read full review
