Went in for a pick up. Horrible service. Young kid and girl just having a conversation and not asking what I need help with. Talk for a couple minutes then get back to cooking. I wait 10 minutes and older lady comes up and asks what I need help with. I tell her name of the order and it was behind the counter the whole time I was waiting. Could have been in and out if the workers actually worked and talked to the costumers instead of talking to each other about the girls boyfriend.

Jaisen, at the drive through was friendly and courteous. He asked me how I was doing and seemed to genuinely care about the customers to are and the staff. The manager seemed really nice too and they just seemed like overall friendly people who give great service. Food was on point, too, as always. I come here like twice a week, so I thought I would post a nice review.

This particular KFC store has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. I am handicapped currently because I had surgery on my right arm therefore I cannot drive so I placed an order for delivery from this KFC store through DoorDash after waiting 45 minutes and having spoken to the DoorDash delivery driver, I found out he had been waiting at this KFC store And they were making no effort to fill my order. I ended up just canceling the order because obviously they did not care to fulfill my dinner needs as a handicap person. This store is literally disgusting and it’s Customer Service then I tried to talk to someone in a live chat to resolve my issue and try to get some type of reimbursement for my terrible experience. No one ever even tried to assist me in this they just And the conversation in the chat and said nothing to me.

I've been here once during my lunch break All good I've ordered twice from Uber those two times were terrible first time missing items second time such poor packaging I ordered the three-piece combo my food's not even in the box it's in the bag yes the bag I'm done with this place
I was excited KFC was bringing back the honey bbq wings. Well I ordered a 20pc only to find out they're spicy. Since when are they spicy. Well I was informed they basically use the spicy wings and coat them in bbq sauce. It's not the orginal if you change the chicken. I don't eat spicy food. Just FYI to anyone that don't know the change.

September 25 is second time here, both times I ordered 4 piece ALL DARK! And both teddy i get white meat mixed when specifically say don't want white meat. Also after giving my food at windo lady hands to me doesn't let me make sure its all there, i wanted butter and honey waited at window nobody came i honked n still nobody after a few minutes I had to pull around n go in. I also asked for extra biscuits of course not there. I don't 40 ish both times and both times disappointed 😕. Won't be back here.

Kfc once again has proven to be the slowest fast ood place that exists! You would think after being the longest wait for food for soooo many years, that management would step it up on caring about service. I won't be back again until enough time goes by that I forget about the long rude service that I experienced today.
