Let’s start with the cashier. No greeting, NOOOO personality what-so-ever. He never even looked up. My fiance and I ordered the same thing. 1 breast, 1 wing, mashed, slaw and a biscuit. We got 1 thigh(which neither of us like), 1 leg and NO biscuits. Potatoes and slaw were fine. Never again!!!!!!! Oh, and the parking lot had so much snow. Not shoveled or plowed.

Disgusting, the worst chicken I’ve ever bought I purchased a 12 piece chicken only. I attempted to soak the grease off with paper towels, it was taking too much paper towels. I decided to take the skin off and discovered the chicken was poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. It was SO Disgusting it made me feel like I was gonna throw up. I thought, there’s no way I’m gonna feed this s… to my family. $30.78 to the garbage. It was so disgusting I didn’t even want to return it

The Nashville chicken tenders seemed to be old they were dry and the sauce they were a little stingy with it but overall it was a nice place the lady who helped me was very nice

walked in, was told they were closed because of “sewage problems” and they were only doing pick up orders…..which means they are making food. how does it make sense to close the store and then away customers if you ARE making food. there was literally someone, i’m guessing an employee, sitting down eating when i walked in 😂 couldn’t have been that big of a problem.
I doordashed the 12 piece tender and they forgot all 6 of my side sauces. Called up and the lady on the phone said i can come up and get them..not even an apology. She told me to try calling door dash??? Why?? Its not their screw up! Dont order food here for delivery! Make sure you are there to ensure everything you ordered is there. Do not place delivery here!! Things will be forgotten cause employees dont care about anything

Go anywhere else but here. Had a mobile order and went and picked it up had to list off my items to the guy and after that had to ask for my cup. Got home with the food and they forgot most of my chicken......you had one job after I tell you what my order is. Wife calls up to explain that they forgot the chicken. They take her name and tell her that I can come back and get it. So another trip. Fight thru traffic again get there and I have to explain once again after my wife already explained what was missing. Then they don't even have enough chicken to fill the order so I have to settle for 3 legs what a joke. Then the guy tells me that the system must be deleting things. Don't give excuses just explain your trash at your job.
Still pretty good chicken but it can’t come close to Popeyes!

I ordered original chicken bucket and it was so over cooked that it was extremely dry, the biscuits were so hard and dry that you couldn’t even bite them, worst food I’ve ever had from there
