Beware. The Caucasian employee with glasses and short hair that works the counter is extremely unhappy and mean. She should not be working with people. Unless you want to get yelled at, stay clear of this restaurant.

Food is pretty good. Service is not.

Today, 10/23 at 6:20pm, I ate my dinner with my two kids. They had to go to the bathroom, so I took them over and we left our leftover boxes and plates at the table. The woman (might have been a man) with short hair and black glasses ran over to me and yelled at us saying that I had to bus our table and wipe it down first.

What in the heck? We can’t even leave our table to go to the bathroom? Very weird. I told her that we weren’t even leaving and that’s why our food was still on the table. The person scoffed and said we still had to clean it.

This place is TO DIE FOR!!! Seriously, if you’ve never been… get your butt down here!! The soy garlic flavored ANYTHING is my favorite!! The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is also sooo welcoming!!! I HIGHLY suggest trying one of everything on the menu!!! Everything is sooo scrumptious!

I’ll start by saying I’m very picky when it comes to my food, but the chicken wings and kimchi fries are a 10 out of 10! The chicken sandwich is also pretty good. I would probably give that 8 out of 10.

Kimchi Box is a really cool place to get dinner! The Bibimbap is always fresh and full of flavor, and the dumplings are on point. This is a great place to get an affordable and quick bite, Highly Recommend 👍

tried calling twice at 8:30-8:40 to get a pick up order and nobody answered the phones

so i call the number when i walk in and the phone miraculously rings and i see workers all jus not answering the phone

love the food bc it’s amazing but def not the happiest with the service

Absolutely the best food in town. Very comforting. The service as very pleasant and prompt, host greeted me as I walked in. I love that. I ordered togo and it was just a moment and she had it together. Highly recommend.

I love Kimchi Box! I ordered carry out today and the cashier told me it’d be 10-15 minutes. I had my food in 5! Food was fresh and hot. Always is! Highly recommend!

It looks like a Chinese food restaurant. It is not a Korean food restaurant interior. It's so weird.

The chicken is amazing. The pieces are quite large as well. They are generous with the size and sauce amount. It is delicious food. Supreme sauce is the best.

The food is very good and pretty reasonably priced given that the portions are fairly large. It was empty the whole time I was in there and I can't imagine why. The only thing is the booths and paint on the wall could definitely use some help, parts of the restaurant look really good and modern while other bits look a little worn and sad. Will absolutely be back
