went here for k bbq with some friends after a long week and it was exactly what we needed. good food, lots of laughs, and a nice way to de stress for a few hours. rose was really accommodating and checked on us without being intrusive. we'll definitely be back again.

Good food and selections, maybe a lot of happy birthday songs 😅 but definitely worth it! Rosa made the dining experience that much more elevated with great attention to detail and service!

It is loud for those with sensitive ears. If you have a child who doesn't like loud noise, bring their noise canceling headphones if you plan to come with them. This will save them from a meltdown/tantrum.

Staffs are always nice & welcoming. I haven't had a lot of issues. Sometimes food doesn't come out or orders are mistakened. Once in awhile we do get those waiters/waitresses that takes a while to come check on the table but it's not a big deal if I know it's really busy.

Most visits I don't have any complaints.

Lastly, during dinner and weekends, prepare for a waitlist, approximately ~40mins+ wait. They do give you a grace period of 15mins to seat you down when you are called for seating. You have to let them know if you're a bit behind.

Bonnie was our server today and was awesome! She taught us how to use the hot pot and encouraged us to keep going while cooking and eating! We always love coming to Kpot but Bonnie made this a trip to remember!

Every server was the best along with the food, our grill was replaced regularly and every time I found myself wanting water, water was received. Bonbon and Rosa and Evan = goat, bonbon was the best one tho
