On Nov 28 24 I purchased chuck Roast on sale $5.99 lb but I was charged $8.99 lb so the next day I complimented to get a refund and they said it’s a digital coupon this is a biggest scam i shopped at lease $250 dollars a week no more I am shopping from Meijer now no more Kroger

Very bad experience with a rude lady named Mariam (a lady around her 40s) and dressed with the least amount of effort. She literally rolled her eyes and complained to other customers for asking a question. I have always got a good experience, especially with a man named Ben. He was great. But the clerk named Mariam was just horrible and rude.

I purchased several items today (7-13-24) for a boat day. After eating almost all of one of the dips, we noticed it was separating oddly. I checked the expiration date and realized it was two days ago. Not sure why they thought it was acceptable to leave this on the shelf and sell it to me.

Absolutely horrible experience. The apps and coupons never seem to work. I also could hear other customers saying the same. The employee was phenomenal helping everyone out, but shame on the store manager to allow this to keep on continuing and not hiring enough cashiers. I absolutely despise coming here as it's almost double the amount of time shopping, just adding deals to an app that never works. I hope they treat their employees better. 0 stars if possible
