Ordered off doordash. The spam was really burnt but I also ordered really close to closing so I don't blame them. Willing to give it another try! Tea is a 10/10. Tasted like it was all natural and no heavy sugars which I absolutely loved. Plus the glass jars! Can't wait to have them again!
If you like musubi, don’t get the ones offered here. The rice was overly compressed and somehow had the texture of a potato at times. The boba tea use to be good back when they first opened but has been consistently inconsistent since then. I’ve been to Kuma multiple times, hoping for the best but it’s been consistently disappointing lately.

Both our drinks were very watery tasting, never had bubble tea that tasted like that before. My favorite part, eating the tapioca was also ruined bc the middle of almost all the balls was hard and I couldn’t chew it.
Lady was nice and their thoughts to use glass and presentation of the drink is nice.
The flavor just wasn’t strong enough it tasted like flavored water
