Just had a coworker report this place because of food poisoning. Wouldn't recommend.

Food is great. Very authentic. Feels like I’m back in vacation in Mexico. Price doesn’t break the bank especially during happy hours when every taco is half off. They do charge for chips and salsa but with the rest of the price being so low it is justifiable.

Ambience of the place sticks true to Mexican heritage. If you are sensitive to smell, the place does smell like fried pork but it also adds charm to the place since you don’t feel like you are in Michigan if you’re inside.

The food was good, had the chicken enchiladas. Sat at bar, it was busy during the lunch hour. They start you off with chips and salsa, very good.

Great place and service! Caldo de res is great. I will miss the queso fundido. That was the main reason I drive 40 min to come here

I was because my friends liked, honestly couple months ago, I went and ask for a table, then I was seated and waiting for the waitress, but, no, the waitress was attending other people was coming in, instead of me, so, I was waiting and nothing, after 20 minutes I decided to leave the restaurant.

Carne asada tacos are atrocious, food was good the first time i came here but the last few times I came here the meat was so tough to chew had so much fat in it and tasted like old meat, the last time I went I thought maybe they got their act together lol NOPE don't even waste your money at a place that doesn't care about the quality of their food 👎👎

We’ve been meaning to try this place for some time, but our go-to Mexican is Taco Tienda in Madison Heights or Mexico City in Warren. It’s hard to go elsewhere once you’ve experienced either of those two amazing Mexican restaurants.
Anyway, we decided to stray from our norm and try this place. We ordered Birria tacos. The Birria consome that came with the tacos was watered down and tasted too salty. Also ordered fajitas (half chicken and half carne asada), this came with bland refried beans and also bland rice. The chicken was extremely salty. Probably the worst fajita dish I’ve ever had in my life. Also they charge $4 for chips and salsa, which was cold and stale. My server, guy with the earrings kept calling me “bro” and disappeared for most of the time. I asked him for the hot sauce, which turned up when we pretty much had finished our meal. Very disappointing experience. Waste of $40! But at least I know now.

Our go-to Mexican style restaurant with a variety of menu options. They may have had changes to their customer experience with generic videos instead of sports on their TVs. Family dining with a full service bar.

First time in this place tonight and I can say I will be coming back! Food is great, the price is right, and the service is top notch! Didn't have to wait long between ordering and getting my food either. Highly recommend it!
