I don't know about the atmosphere or the food because they just put a sign on the door that says we will he back in 5 mins. But the open sign is on with no one in the store 20 mins later. Lol what a joke.

If you're open are 10... the door should be UNLOCKED. If you decide to open later than the posted business hours there should be a NOTE on the door stating so. I shouldn't have to bang on the front door like the police to get service during business hours AND AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.

This place never has food every time you try to order something calling in or online they don’t have anything. Tried to order online today and majority of the menu is gone you can’t even order nothing I’m so over this place smh .

Cheesesteak wasn’t bad. Comparable to Tubby’s so….. Really wanted a delicious cheesesteak so I thought I’d try this place out even though I was told it wasn’t good. The meat tasted fresh and wasn’t overdone. My order was accurate and that’s hard to get with takeout nowadays. Service was what is expected nowadays. I ordered curly fries and I must have gotten the bottom of the bag & whoever made them must have forgotten they were being fried because they were fried so hard they were harder than kettle chips; so that was money wasted. This wouldn’t be my go to spot for sandwiches. I’m not sure it was good enough to even think about a second trip BUT that’s for me, I’m a little picky when it comes to fries & cheesesteak. I may be willing to try something else from here though. With all of the sandwich shops around there’s plenty of others to try before coming back though.Parking: In a strip mall type setting. May not be able to park directly in front of this location but will have light walking to get to it

Update! It gets worse, on my lunch I discovered there was cheese when I said no cheese… great job lefty’s!This is from a frequent customer.Many issues, ordered takeout chili fries now $10 didn’t know until they rang me up. Never order fries there again. $10 steak sub absolutely tiny now it’s sad. Now for the major problem. HAD TO RETURN THREE TIMES! Because they forgot my cheesecake. Then I left again and then realized they gave me old regular chili fries when I ordered curly fries with chili. I Will NOT RETURN!
Ordered dinner through Uber Eats and restaurant forgot to include French fries. Called the store and they apologized for error and rewardedme with a fresh order, said I could come pick them up. Ummm reason I ordered delivery genius! Think twice before ordering from here.
