Cheese puffs got smaller and smaller one bite now what a bummer

Terrible customer service from the manager, Amber.

Placed an order for two pizzas, but it was taken incorrectly. When I called to resolve the issue, Amber was rude, defensive, and unhelpful. She refused to remake both pizzas, blamed being short-staffed, and dismissed my refund request with a sarcastic "perfect." This is my second negative experience with her. The young employees here are great, but they deserve better leadership. Extremely disappointed.

The quality later at night sucks, the staff rush the food, items are undercooked, sometimes things aren't even cut, and if you call and complain your directed to a manager who says my stuff isn't undercooked I am the manager and I checked everything myself , very rude and unprofessional service , at the counter initially they tried depriving me of my crazy sauce, when they finally handed one over they were filled under half. This location is overstaffed by workers with an attitude that don't want to do their job, and with time the food quality is drastically getting worse. This location cares more about speed then quality and your better off going to another location if quality is what you seek. The staff don't care about you or your order, they just want an easy pay check. Enter at your own risk, but if you have any issues feel free to direct them to the night time manager she acts like a Karen, and believes she does no wrong , the food was so undercooked this time I had to throw the food back into the oven at home. The last 6 times I've come to this location the items have been some of the worst little caesars items I have had in my 30 yrs of life. I think I'm going to have food poisoning..... as you can see in the attached image below the food is clearly never cooked fully

A thin line of butter for my butter parm crust. At being almost 10 dollars I’m expecting more butter than a thin line. Im pissed I tipped them. I won’t be back at this location and I’ll make sure to make everyone aware of how bad my experience was. The picture speaks for itself. DO A BETTER JOB!!!

Food could be better at times, it is what it is. But the lack of customer service etiquette is just beyond me. They constantly hang up their phones on you mid order, don’t tell you a total, very rude and when you go inside they are annoyed to do their JOB!!! Do better !!! It’s a waste of money atp and I love LC.

I tried to order on the app at 10:15pm, 45 minutes before close. My order would have been ready by 10:28 at the latest. I went through the entire process before getting an error that the restaurant is not currently accepting online orders. I wish it would have told me that in the first place. What time is the cutoff for online orders? 45 minutes seems premature. Thank you.

got delivered wrong pizza and didn’t receive my bread sticks called was told no need to bring in the incorrect pizza and they will re make it for me no problem come in and the manager accused me of lying and told me i need to bring the pizza terrible service

1 star from me only because forced to..I visited here today, I simply asked how long for a (fresh) order of crazy bread with extra parm, butter and was told 4 mins I said ok and paid. Sat down to wait and I saw one of the food prep person go inside the middle section where the food is being kept until order and watched him take a bag of bread from there, waited a few minutes and the guy from front counter went to go and get my order from him. I said is this the bag he grabbed from the holding area because I saw him go in there and I asked for fresh bread? Front counter guy says no this was cooked in the oven. I get to car opened it and the cheese was formed/sticking together not how parmesan cheese looks if fresh out oven and applied, this was a look because it had been sitting and not from oven . Please give paying customers what they ask/pay for please and thanks.

My pepperoni pizza and crazy bread took 1 hour and 15 minutes to make on a normal Thursday night, and I didn't even get what I ordered.
