I set a pickup for 5 around 3 and when I got there they didn’t even make it yet. Other people were coming in and out while I was sitting there waiting for my 5!!! O’clock pickup, I was waiting there for 50 minutes. With traffic I barely had time to eat when I got home because I leave for work at 6. I’m not happy with this service.

This place is hit or miss more miss than hit they rarely ever answer the phone and nine times out of 10 they mess up my order make sure to check your pizza before leaving because it is seriously so disappointing to get home and then realize that they messed up

Not impressed with the pizza portal. Placed my order at 11am for 11:45am, it wasn’t ready until after noon.

Absolutely terrible store, stood in store for 15 minutes while they searched for an order that was given to the wrong person. There was ZERO food read, no lunch specials, no pizzas, nothing. Some guy came shuffling out of the back and states anything you want will be at least 45 minutes. Will never go back!!!!

Little Caesars are all the same right? Wrong. Not all Little Caesars are made equal. The Little Caesars on 17 and Van Dyke is one of the best. Fast efficient service and They cook the pizza the right way
No one answer the phone call several times to place order or just to get general information no answer 8 times calling so I highly recommend going to a different location that runs there operations better…

The girl ?? with glasses ? that you have working the register needs a refresher on cash handling and attitude adjustment. I handed her a $20 bill and was waiting on my change, she proceeds to count change and instead of placing it in my hand as I placed the $20 in her hand. She puts the change on the counter and says “there’s your change” ? what’s the issue with placing change in someone’s hand, as I placed money in her hand?? You don’t have to touch my hand! And if that’s the case, then you should tell people to place money on the counter for YOU to grab!! Not accept their money in your hand but can’t reciprocate the gesture. Also I asked for some napkins she gave me three napkins.. really for a large deep dish? I asked for more and I felt nothing but attitude from her as if I was asking for to much!! lol this was my first time at this location and will be MY LAST!! ?

I ordered my food on the app-light sauce/well done. When I checked the order at the counter the pizza was obviously NOT well done. When I asked the young lady working she said if its not done enough for me they could put it back in. The other guy working took it to the back, asked the guys prepping the pizzas and they said no we cant put it back in too cook it more . I understand the reason why but I never left the counter nor did I touch the pizza and only opened the box. Also the crazy bread was very undercooked. I won't be back to this location. I will stick to going to another location even if it means going further away.
