😡Guess I was the unlucky one today at Lucky Brunch. I get that they are busy and tiny in size but I basically was ignored for 10 minutes at the counter. I was about to exit when I was asked if I was dining in. Why seat me somewhere if you dont want me to stay to eat? I paid $16 for pancakes & bacon. I ate one pancake & one slice of bacon because I was so offended by the treatment. Food was good but service, HORRIBLE. Before I left a MAN sat down near me, he already had a menu. He was quickly given water, silverware & his order taken. I guess I'm the wrong gender. Won't happen again unlucky brunch. I'd get better treatment at Tim Hortons or McDonalds! Even Chick FilAs service is better. 😆

While the food was good here. The service was terrible. They greet you at first but other than that they hardly check up on you. We asked a few minutes to look at the menu and it took over 20 minutes for the waitress to come back. Had ordered breakfast with toast and we waited over 15 minutes for the toast to arrive with our meal. They need a bigger place and more staff.

We've been wanting to have breakfast here for some time but timing was never right until the other morning. The blitz crepes were so very delicious - the traditional Benedict perfect, hollandaise was perfect - the omelet was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Definitely we will be eating here often.

I ordered on doordash and they sent the wrong egg type, on the re-order the eggs were loaded with onions (not ordered since I am allergic to onions) used to order here a lot, not anymore since this has happened every time in the last few months

Wanted to try a new place out and my fiance recommended this place since it’s close to a local spot. I called around 10 am on a Sunday and I was met with a host who initially put me on a brief hold twice before I could even put my order in. Then when she asked for my name, she said ok yes a name as if my name wasn’t even a real one or a fake one. Then she put me on another long hold (4 minutes). I hung up and called back slightly annoyed but still nice and asked if they were busy and how long of a wait for carry out. She mentioned only 25 minutes and that there was only one person in front of me. I said ok I will order now and then she said she I’ll have to get another host to take your order. Gave her another two minutes on hold and then hung up. This is extremely unprofessional and I have never in all my life of calling in for carry out had to wait that long TWICE. Won’t be getting my business ever again. Do yourself a favor and just visit The Pantry down the street. MUCH BETTER service and probably food.

Don’t even answer the phone if your going to instantly put someone in hold. I get it you’re busy but people would rather it ring and know your busy then install put on hold within 2 secs of answering the phone.
