McAlister's Deli

Every time I've been to this restaurant, the service is terrible. I've always had to wait a long time or one portion of the of a person's order is given and the other persons is not . Sadly this has happened multiple times.This one is so different than the McAllisters that I go to in Florida!

Good food!!

This deli does whatever they wanna do they do their website does not work one minute you can make an order at the window the next minute you can’t the lobby is never open for you to walk in. What’s the point of even having his location if you don’t have the people to run it close it down

Their turkey is the worst. Very poor quality lunch meat. Their potato salad, on the other hand, is superb. They need to up the quality of their turkey. Tastes like lunch meat with the Saran Wrap still on it!

The lady at the counter was very pleasant ..but I received my turkey jalapeno crunch like the person making it didn't care what so ever . Balled up piece of turkey on one side and small piece of avocado on the other side with rubbery bacon paying almost 20 $ for a sandwich and soup feels like a waste ...this isn't how it's been in the past that's why I returned hopefully this isn't a common occurrence

Couldn’t place an order, stood outside while staffed looked at me trying to get in. Doors locked at 5:50 / 6 which is the busiest time. People getting off work etc. it’s 4 to 5 people out here. bad business, I’m sure the owners accept this doesn’t want to lose this much business. Sad. Don’t waste your time people,

If I could give no stars I would, today we tried to eat here for the first time. The doors were locked on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm, it was people in there eating and the staff wouldn’t even come to the door. It was three other people outside with me. Not sure if corporate or the owners accept this level of unprofessional behavior/ service. For a first time experience, I don’t think my lady & I will ever retry. People in there cars calling & no one answers, people shouldn’t have to force a business to take our money.

I waited over 30 minutes for a 6-inch sub and potato salad, and the sandwich was made incorrectly.

Exceptionally overpriced food that is decent but portions are quite small and underwhelming for the prices. My most recent order they didn't even include the Au jus for the French dip sandwich. Unfortunately it was a pickup order so I didn't realize until I got home. The representative was curt and not overly friendly when I came to pickup and the restaurant itself was pretty empty so I saw no reason for that. In the end there are much better options in the area including coneys and other sandwich shops that truly give you a lot of food for your money. I doubt I'll return at this point.

Highly recommended by a sandwich lover. I've had a few different sandwiches from here and they have all been fantastic. Everything is fresh and so flavorful. The broccoli soup is also delicious. You cannot go wrong with a sandwich and a cup of broccoli soup for lunch! Their chicken salad beats mine and I thought mine was great. Get yourself a good meal from here, you won't be disappointed!

After we placed our order, we were kicked out at 6:00 pm stating that these are new operating hours and they do not accept dine-ins after 6

Bland basic sandwichs that could be made better at home , improfessional ass staff that's why employees quit and drop like flies and the shift lead never knows anything and is very rude how is she the shift lead , this place is a joke 👎🏽

This location in particular is the absolute worst. Understaffed to the point you can't get service.

Love me some potato salad and their sweet tea is just like my grandma used to make.

This location is amazing everyone is so kind and friendly. I ordered a carryout and they wrote me a hand written note telling me how much they appreciated my business. The manager is so nice and I appreciated how kind he always is when we come in.
