This review is of two experiences at this particular store. The initial visit was a pickup/carryout order. The food was fine. The order had a couple of minor errors , but namely missing items. This is where it gets remarkable. The effort to make this all right was nothing short of exceptional. These people seemed to actually give a sh@# that this be made right. They earned a long term customer with a brilliant archaic service philosophy and solid products.

Food was delicious and sandwiches were huge! We went through DoorDash — the second time my husband and I have ordered from McAlister’s — and weren’t disappointed. Mac and cheese was okay, but I get you lose temperature with doing delivery. Wildberry lemonade was top tier! We’ll definitely keep McAlister’s in our rotation to try their other sandwiches.

I wish I remembered the young man's name that's served me several times (he drives a long distance) at Sterling Heights location. He is very pleasant and takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond. The Jalapeño Turkey Crunch is AMAZING ?
