staff is great here and helps a lot of customers. sometimes they can be short staff but they do there best

The fries were cold, the buns in the cheese burgers were stale, and my McFlurry was not even remotely mix it was the shamrock sauce on the bottom and Oreos on top. It was disgusting. My mom would normally just call and complain but why bother when the staff makes you feel bad about it. I will be sticking to the McDonald’s on Vandyke from now on.

Honestly probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had! Everything was served was cold and the buns were hard. They used breakfast sandwich paper for dinner items. Waited over five mins at the one speaker just to pull up to the other and wait longer until I finally said HELLO!!

Took 20 minutes to give me my order multiple people got their order before me and didn’t even get it right the first time. Then they took 20 extra minutes to freaking redo my order and I never got my lemonade and they never gave me it now I’m just standing here without my lemonade. I’m bout to crash out.

I ordered 6 Cheeseburgers in the drive-thru at 10:30 am-is. They were the WORST CHEESEBURGERS IVE EVER ATE!! The buns were all dried out and the burgers were basically cold. I threw them out. Absolutely horrible!!

The most disappointing part of today's experience was that I ordered my food in the drive thru, and they asked me to pull over and wait, which I was fine with because I thought that meant my food would be fresh. It was honestly the nastiest food ever I have ever had the displeasure of eating. It tasted like they dug it out of the trash or something. Maybe refried it? I was served soggy nuggets and fries, and kind of cold still, which is even more baffling. I seriously hope someone checks the cameras at this location and makes sure this wasn't floor food. It was BEYOND disgusting. Why did I have to wait for soggy, cold food? Last $10 I ever waste at this place. I hope I don't get sick from anything other than the thought of what you guys served me today. Maybe you think Salmonella looks decent compared to the Ecoli ya'll were serving up before? I am not saying I have salmonella, but I have concerns. That's how nasty it was.
