This McDonald’s used to be the best in the area, over the last 3 weeks the food quality has continually been worse and worse, the fries are always undercooked and over salted, the burgers and nuggets used to be hot and are now tempid if you’re lucky. Will avoid this location.

Was here on 11/27/25 at 10:49am, the manager and crew were all friendly and polite and they had to make the food fresh and it was done in seconds and it was very delicious. Thank you all for making the time to be there on a holiday.

I'm deeply disappointed with how this store treated my mother after 33 years of dedicated service. On her final day, there was no acknowledgement, no thank-you, not even a simple card. After such a long and loyal career, she deserved far better. It felt like her departure was met with resentment rather than appreciation. A little kindess and gratitude can go a long way. Especially toward those who've given so much of themselves to a company.

No ketchup or onions on a regular burger. The fil o fish had sauce all over the side hardly any on the fish itself. The guy at the window wasn’t even looking at me when he handed me my food almost dropped it. Looked at me for a second then slammed the window. Totally unacceptable. I will never go to this store again.

I don't know what's been happening lately but we have ordered from this McDonald's for years and lately the quality and the staff and the service and everything is gone completely downhill. I just got a frappe with no whip that had zero caramel when I asked for the caramel was he said why did you pay extra for it on the side?

This McDonald’s used to be a lot better than it is now. Now there’s huge weight times. The food isn’t as great. And the staff isn’t as friendly as they once were.

Staff shows no urgency, they ignore customers at the counter and just keep talking to each other. Always giving out the wrong food.. double check before handing out the food. The manager really didn't seem to know what was going on.

The manager here needs an attitude check. She has no customer service skills, and this is the second time I have had to interact with her because of incorrect order. The first time, I ordered and paid for a large drink through the drive thru. I was handed a small. I politely said I ordered a large and asked if the girl could fix it. She went and got the manager. This lady told me 3 times that I could not change my order at the pick-up window. She never looked at the receipt. She just wanted to argue. The second time, I ordered a large coke through the drive thru and they gave me a diet. I walked in to ask for them to correct it and this same manager told me to dump it and fill it myself in the dining room! I know I could have done that, but it was the point that it was wrong, and I wanted to let them know.

I seriously don’t know how McDonald’s Corp hasn’t taken this back from the franchisee. I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s around the country and I’ve never found one worse than this. Been here a few times and it’s the same thing every time. Not sure how they are getting away with this with McDonald’s. I mean even the windows are all dirty and disgusting and that’s an easy fix but they’ve been that way for years.
