Always out of something. 4th time in a few months Ice cream or shakes are down for it having liquid. I think they just don’t want to clean it so they don’t use it. Fries had been ice cold and food was all old like it was sitting for 30 mins to the point the cheese has a film over it.

Pretty bad when each McDonald's is just about different in their own ways can't even get a regular Mcdouble without pickle and mustard, granted there isn't any but why do I have slivered onions on a Mcdouble and two top buns just feels like this was just slapped together and thrown at ya Tbh ?? so now not only that u have clearly someone who is just not good at there job 2 bottom buns on one burger, then 2 top buns on the other, Seriously ?? ?

This McDonalds provides a guest coupon for a Free sandwich of equal or less value when you fill out the questionnaire. I have used a coupon like this previously but when I went there today they refused to honor their coupon. The manager was very rude and the cashier did not know what she was doing. I won't be stopping at the location any longer.

Food also subpar compared to corporate on hayes.Won’t correct a mistake even though you’re a regular with receipt the next day.Yet do not mind asking you to round up your total from 10.18 to $11 for Ronald McDonald house.Head to corporate for brighter smiles better service and a quality meal every time - not just once in a while.

They go through employees at the window where you get your food like nothing I’ve ever seen. And I’m not going back. They need to put English speaking people on the window. It is so frustrating to try to communicate something so small and they just don’t understand that they have to get a manager. I realize everybody’s gotta learn, but this McDonald’s is a joke. I don’t think the manager cares, but most especially the owners don’t care at least they don’t show it.

This McDonald’s location is amazing! The food is always good quality, the wait times are always minimal and the staff is very friendly and kind. The young lady at the drive-through window Allyson is so sweet and always extremely helpful.
Hooray. A regular McDonalds, not a kiosk and a few seats with no drink machines and very few humans. The Lakeside store reminds me of the way it was. All the way to the 70s/80s elevator music in the back ground. Yes they still have a drink machine. The tea was awesome, and the construction and flavor of the food was way better than my previous experience at the VanDyke and 171/2 Mile store a few days earlier.
