My order number was 1381, I came at 4:45am on 02/24/25. Whoever the girl with the red braids was in the back window needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. I’ve never came across such terrible customer service who literally told her customer I can’t help that your car is messed up because I said a sprite 5x?? What type of customer service is this place???

Forgot half our order. Over charged us and the staff was aggressive when asked to remake our main items because they were cold. We had to drive back up to the store. There are McDonalds everywhere. I would avoid this store.

Asked for a Sausage, Egg And Cheese McGriddle, just got the sausage and MrGriddle (no egg or cheese). Paid for a medium coffee and got a small. Usually good service just when it comes to money, rating goes down

Come through this McDonalds quite often. My regular order is quite simple just 2 McDoubles only cheese add MAC sauce yet they screw it up more than they make it right. Worker handed me a bag slammed the window and of course it’s the wrong order. They gave me 3, 4 piece nuggets and 2 regular McDoubles. Won’t be coming to this location again. How hard is it to make a sandwich?

I received the wrong order which happened to be a lot more expensive than what I actually ordered. When I called to let them know, they said I needed to bring the food back instantly, but I was already 20 minutes away from the store so I asked if I could bring it back tomorrow they said no it wasn’t their problem. I said it wasn’t my problem that you filled the order wrong. They said they don’t have to fill the orders right. The two managers that I spoke to were extremely rude. The manager that works early morning during the week and the lady that works during the week at the drive-through window are extremely nice. The weekend people are extremely rude and the food is not fresh on the weekend either.

I came here today and ordered a McDouble with extra mayo at curbside #4, I open my sandwich and I literally see some type of bug or something on my burger and this is clearly not an onion or cheese or anything that should be on a mcdouble so I tried to call corporate but there was no way to, I call the restaurant and the white lady manager who answered the phone has a terrible attitude to the point where my appetite was completely Ruined. Please report this mcdonalds

The employees behind the counter are beyond unprofessional. Your food will absolutely, almost positively, be messed up in one way or another. And when they do mess it up and you ask them to fix it, they will give you a giant attitude.

And why is it that every other time I go in through the drive-through, I’m asked to pull to the side and wait for them to finish making my meal. Meanwhile, four people that were behind me in line - and ordered their food after I did - will get their bags and are gone before I ever receive my food? This place is a joke.

And as all McDonald’s are nowadays, the inside has been remodeled to remove any sense of joy or comfort. You are to eat your food and leave. And before, you could just simply walk up and get yourself a refill without having to bother someone at the counter who’s just gonna give you more attitude.

It’s pretty bad that you expect horrible service when you pull up to a specific location, and then feel relieved, perhaps even excited, that they did the bare minimum and didn’t completely mess up your order or give you horrible attitude.

Before, during, or after Covid, it’s all the same. This location has been nothing but a headache, and unfortunately, it’s the only McDonald’s nearby for me. Needless to say, I’ll be eating a lot less McDonald’s in the future.

I got out of my car and a worker came and told me we were closed even tho there was people ordering inside and they I got my food through the drive-through and I was eating my chicken nuggets and inside the chicken nuggets they was a bone
