YOU DONT NEED TO TIP, the servers are paid hourly and don’t depend on tips hence the poor service, don’t forget to bring your own refill and you only get one chance to order so make sure you ordered everything the first and only time the waiter comes to your table, love the fact that you don’t have to tip here because it’s serve yourself but also you can’t serve yourself so just DONT come here!!!!!!! Never ever ever had a lame experience like this at any restaurants even ones that actually suck!!!

An amazing sushi place that I'll always go to. Fairly reasonable prices, AMAZING sushi, and the environment is so comforting and easy to talk in. Last few times, my service hasn't been to attentative, but that won't deter me from ever coming back.

Visited on a Sunday at 4:40 pm. I was greeted right away. Picked a table. There was one other dining group of six waiting for people to celebrate a birthday. She brought waters. She came back to ask if we were ready but we were not because we were sharing one menu. The restaurant got another table and busy with carrots. It was 5:18 when I walked to the front to ask her if we could place our order. We had been sitting for almost 40 minutes without anyone coming back. She said yes in just a moment. We waited five to eight more minutes. We got up and left. We had a movie at 6 pm. Date night was ruined and we got chipotle.

We eat a lot of sushi... Naruto might have the best Yum Yum roll in Macomb County. I like the restaurant too. It's warm, cozy, comfortable and fairly clean. Fast service. Decent prices. We will be back!

Food was pretty delicious! For the price and quality, the sushi and noodles and even miso soup were better than some other places. The wait time for the noodles wasn't too bad but for the sushi it did seem surprisingly long. It would've been nice to get an update or at least a check-in to make sure our wait was fine, but our waitress seemed busy and didn't really come by our table until she noticed we were trying to get her attention. Some things can be improved in terms of general service but overall, I'd like to try coming here again soon

I've been here before and generally had a good time. Unfortunately, my experience today was definitely not the best. The food was great and I enjoyed it. However, the service left a lot to be desired.
We didn't receive enough menus (one hadn't even been cleaned off) to start with, so we put everything down on one menu. We didn't get any plates for our sushi. We also didn't get checked up on at all during our meal, even though we had needed more water pretty early on. That being said, we got the check midway through eating. Just overall, the level of service was not it.
Also, on a side note, the women's bathroom had run out of soap and only had an old bar of soap sitting on the side of the basin.
I wish that the quality of the dining experience had matched up to the quality of dishes (even though there was only enough ginger and wasabi for one person)

Honestly, our waitress Sandra made sure we never come here again. There was barely a greeting, the bill came half way through us eating but she never once asked us if we wanted a refill on water. We had to walk up and ask for it and she had an attitude after that. No plates no check ups not even more than one menu for my group. Service is so important in dine in restaurants, take who you hire more seriously. Not worth the money

Sushi was average or even slightly below, not sure how their ramen or other food is. Good amount of seating, and the décor is very nice. The service is nice and quick to take your order and bring out the food, but could be a little more attentive afterwards. Overall, it’s a nice place. Isn’t expensive, but also isn’t inexpensive.
