Botana
Tortilla chips topped with refried beans, ground beef, muenster cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, jalapenos and black olives. Ground beef may be substituted for chorizo for extra charge.

Panchos shredded chicken soup with tomatoes, onions, and peppers, topped with tortilla chips and melted cheese.
Pancho Villa's Salad
A large fried flour tortilla shell filled with lettuce, onion, tomato, green pepper, black olive, and topped with you choice of meat and shredded muenster cheese.
Taco Salad
A crunchy bed of lettuce with ground beef and topped with onion, tomato, green pepper, and black olives, finished off with shredded muenster cheese and crispy tortilla chips.

Wet Burritos
All wet burritos are served in a large flour tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Covered in chili and topped with muenster cheese. All served with a side of beans and rice. Stuff your burrito with your choice.

Chimichangas
Two large flour tortillas with your choice of filling, rolled, deep-fried, and topped with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, and garnished with lettuce. Served with beans and rice.

If you want something different from the street tacos and run-of-the-mill Mexican places you find in the Troy area, give Panchos a try.

Excellent food, friendly service, Miss Ariana was wonderful on her first day, the atmosphere is on point and it was overall a two thumbs up experience ❤️ looking forward to the next visit 💃

Wow, this is such a kool spot. Awesome food & service. Very authentic, excellent guacamole & the fajitas were huge. Leftovers for days! Great prices also. I will he back for sure.
