Always quick at completing online orders. Have only had one experience where there was an issue with the order. The people at Panera fixed it and made it right no questions asked. Good to see customer service is a priority at this establishment.

As a long-time “Sip Club” subscriber I have gotten to know Panera quite well. I travel a good bit and typically look for a local Panera everywhere I go. My favorite though is absolutely the one in Perrysburg, OH. Always clean, friendly, fresh, and cheerful. I’ve never once been disappointed at this particular location, in the food, the service, the staff, or even the parking.
Couldn’t be happier!!

Been going here almost every day for the past 9 months or so, and I don't plan on stopping. The food is always good. I can't have dairy, so the fact that most stuff on the menu is customizable makes it really easy and accommodating to order and not worry about getting sick. The staff is great about getting the order right, and the very few times it wasn't quite perfect, they are always quick to fix it. Honestly some of the best service I've encountered anywhere. They're fun and friendly, and I always look forward to seeing them when I go in. The sip club thing is honestly a life saver, I would hate to think how much I would spend on energy drinks when I can just get coffee, basically for free. Still miss the charged lemonades, but it is what it is. Overall, completely recommend, I love this restaurant and the people there.
