Ordered a large antipasto. Definitely not worth the money. Very little meat and cheese. Lettuce soggy and tomatoes mushy. This is the second time I tried it. Service was just okay. I believe it was owner that waited on me. He wasn't friendly.

This isn’t to this particular location. This is just the location I always go to and everyone that works there is great.That being said, whoever is in charge of the website completely ruined the online ordering process by changing platforms. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I always make my own pizza and create a chicken ranch pizza. Now you can no longer choose ranch as a sauce option under build your own.I was just going to try to make a different one. I chose the coupon that was 1 large, 3 topping pizza for $13. My subtotal is showing $16.50 before taxes. So for some reason the coupon doesn’t even reflect correctly. These changes are awful. The cherry on top is you used to get 10% off online ordering and with this new platform, you don’t.Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back until things are improved which I’m hoping they are. This new platform is not user friendly at all.

Ordered delivery to the hotel. The driver told me the pizza was heavy and I got excited. Then I opened the box to find an uncut pizza. It is difficult to cut pizza with plastic utensils provided by a hotel. Dislike everything about this Passport experience.

Awesome fluffy pizza dough....open late till 1 pm. Very clean front area & the kitchen, counter top. Staff was very welcoming & accommodating to any condiments I was requesting.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and an 8 inch Italian sub. Both items were delicious! The sub was amazing! We like going here because everyone is nice and our orders have always been correct. I can't say enough how great the sub was!!

This is the best pizza place ever! The staff is so friendly and kind! My girlfriend called after I placed and order and made a special request for our pizza and let’s just say they definitely followed through. I was on the floor laughing! Thank you passport!
It's alright, that's about it. Just got a standard large pepperoni and I'd give it a 7/10. Prices aren't too bad and the pizza is at least a step above a hot n ready. My advice? Go to Green Lantern on Hayes, it's about 2 minutes away and tastes way better.

Do not order from this place the manager lies and they always forget stuff in your order and manager with tell you I'll put a credit on your account and when you call to order again he will lie about it I never order under $50

Horrible!! My first pizza was burnt on one side and the other was so crunchy and dry. I told the guy on the phone that one side was eatable. My son just came home from work and was hungry. He did not have to make me a whole extra large when he got here he took the other pizza which I don’t care it was going in the garage, but he seemed agitated that my son had ate some of it. I told him he could take half of the pizza back that he just brought. The guy was was rude. I will never order from there again

My husband had decided to place an order online yesterday. When it came time to pick up, I went to the restaurant and they couldn't find the order. Apparently my husband was having trouble with ordering and accidentally ordered for the next day instead of same day.The workers/owner were so kind about the situation and quickly made the order for us. I felt bad because it was 100 percent not their fault. But they were respectful and quick to get us the order.Then in the shenanigans that I and my husband created, we accidentally were given one of the wrong items. They allowed us to keep the incorrect item as well as what we ordered.Even though the mix up was initially on our end, they were more than accommodating. Much appreciated. And the food was enjoyed.
