I use to order from this franchise in Louisville all the time. It was one of my favorite places.This establishment is no different, great food especially their cheesesteak which is what I always get.I’m not a French fry person but liked that they’re thin however, they seemed too greasy and soggy.The chicken Parmesan sub is good according to my wife.

You can easily see especially the small one. D is not happy to work here and when someone makes your food that's unhappy it is not a good thing. She doesn't start on delivery orders till after the driver gets there and will tell the driver it's not ready and will be a long time in hopes that the driver will not wait so she won't have to make make the order

Well I thought I would give this place a try. While I was in there, I noted that there was music playing. Clearly one of the staffs playlist. As I waited for my order to come up, I got to listen to the uncensored version of CeeLo's F**k you. As I got to hear the words F**k you over and over multiple times, I scanned the place for kids. Thankfully the place was almost empty and no families. As my $15 sandwich, fries and my cup came up I was shocked at how much it didn't like the picture represented. I know, unrealistic expectation. The fries seemed to be all of the bits and pieces left over. It's made to order so as I waited I was able to see how dirty the kitchen, glass separation and stainless steel was. Disgusting to say the least. This place needs a wipe down with some clean rags and some kind of cleaner. The grease, dirt and residue seem to just be smeared around. I took some photos but I just feel so bad to post them because it is disgusting. The condiment and drink station and the booth walls as well are filthy. The table top surface where I sat was sticky. I did notice that the bucket of cleaning water hanging on the wall was being used and the rags are being wrung out back in the bucket. When looking in the water you can see the food particles and grime. I think I have found part of the issue. Though I did enjoy the taste of the sandwich, I will never be back. I suggest you all stay away until the health department pay a visit.

I had a piece of hair in my sandwich. I caught one of the employees, a male cook, dropping something on the ground. After he picked it up he didn't change his gloves or wash his hands. That's probably where the hair came from. Disgusting. Worst location. They need to be shut down. I will be calling FDA!
Ordered a cheese steak with mayo. The sandwich was soaking and dripping in so much grease it literally fell through the paper bag on the way to my CAR. The bread was soggy and soaked!
