Food was cold and had a peculiar taste to it. I threw it away, they also didn’t put my chili that I ordered in the bag. I’ll never eat here again!!

It's just so good! I haven't been here in over a year but I'm glad I made the hour drive to have it again. Make sure you try the cake!

We were in line for 45 minutes. The only saving grace was an employee, LD was his name. That guy is management material. He kept the line informed and moved the kitchen along.

The food was terrible and it took 40 minutes to get our food. The staff was not well trained and seemed reluctant to ask for help when he didn't know how to ring up on of the items.
This was our first time at a Portillos and based on this visit we won't go to another one. It is possible though that the food was just extra bad at this location but we have no point of reference.

Last time I was there the place was clean 10 out of 10
Very large parking lot always plenty of room to park if you have a big rig just fit
If you're looking for a different place to eat I highly recommend coming here

The food was normal and good. Problem seem to be service very slow that day. Took like 25 minutes get food. Then saw others complaining food cold why low score!
