I ordered my food from the kiosk. There was some confusion about my order, so the staff called me up to make sure it was how I wanted my custom burger. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. It is family friendly.

The food at this location did not seem to taste as good as the locations in the Chicago area. The hot dog buns were smashed, and the fries were cold. I really enjoy this chain, so maybe it's a management thing at this particular location?
