Me and my family stopped off after a long roadtrip and let’s just say this was about the BEST service I’ve had in a long time. My toddlers were antsy and Michelle ran over with coloring pages and crayons without hesitation and brought over our high chairs. Constantly checked in and made sure we had everything we could possibly need or want. I will 100 percent stop back to this location whenever we are back in town. Food came out fresh and hot..and amazing portions! The cheese...

The food was hot and excellent. Didn't take too long to get our food even around lunch. Really appreciated that the manager came around and checked on how our food was and asked if we needed anything. It is refreshing to see that level of quality assurance these days.

We had a great experience at Portillo's in Springfield! We ordered on the kiosk without any problems and received our food freshly prepared, exactly as ordered, and in a timely manner. Will definitely visit this location when we are in the area again.
