Great beef sandwich dipped with hot pepper n cheese. The Team had a great attitude as I watched a full baseball team pile in for after game dinner. The Team actually got pumped up and ready to serve at least 60 hungry athletes. I was impressed!

Parking: Growing up in Chicagoland Portillos has maintained quality and flavor throughout their expansion over the years. Good to come home to quality when other chain restaurants have slacked and lost luster

I ordered a shake and it took about a half an hour to come out. It turned out they hadn’t even made it yet until we asked them why it was taking so long. Staff apologized and the shake was amazing, but service could improve.
