Red Lobster

Tried the new seafood boils for crab fest! Our waitress was spectacular! She was attentive kind and knowledgeable! The crab was great and seasoned to perfection 10/10

Some of the items were a little too salty. Specifically, the seafood stuffed mushrooms Alfredo Sauce. And the clam chowder was a little bland. It could have been more flavorful. Our waiter Marcellus did a great job! I would rate him 5/5!

Went out to dinner for my mom's birthday. We had a really great time. Not only was the food awesome but the service was fantastic. Anthony was wonderful. 

Dominic was AMAZING!! He was very attentive and professional. He always made sure our glasses were full and food was hot!

Today was the worst experience of my entire life!!!! I waited an hour for a table after verbally asking how long was the wait and was told 15-20 mins as me and my family waited in the lobby we notice not one but 3 tables that needed to be cleaned off and could have been used! Speeding forward we sat at our table another hour and a half waiting on food just for food to have HAIR in it and be offered either coupons or desert. This location is going down hill.

I was hungry for seafood so I stopped in to this Red Lobster while traveling through the area. I was pleasantly surprised with the awesome server. Gina B. offered service unheard of in this day and age. She kept busy making sure all of her guest had refills and biscuits. She continually kept going by each table on her way back to kitchen taking away empty dishes and confirming everything was perfect. I don’t know where she got all of that energy but she did it all with a pleasant genuine smile.
What ever you do, local management, keep this girl and promote her to a trainer and giver her a raise.
