Credit card number was stolen and manually entered at a store on 6 Mile and the Lodge.. I have no reason to go there. Spoke with management and we both didn’t believe our server did it…but who knows. Could’ve been other staff. Not comfortable paying with a CC card here.

The food when fresh and served properly for the most part is good.But there is good reasons and jerks in their system which is why Red Lobster is nearly bankrupt and why their creditors are up a creek with no paddles much like rapid red curbside pick ups when the people at this red lobster ignorantly doctor meals or just ignore and delay giving take out while its still warm and fresh.It's a real shame because based upon the expensive bags and costly containers that indicate something of quality. Indifferent or rogue uncaring employees and possibly disgruntled managers will work the system and unsmartly ruin a meal simply by defiantly letting it sit needlessly an extra 20 minutes after it should had been given to a patient carry out client.Even if you foolishly tip at this location there is about an even 50 percent chance something bad that should not happen happens to your food.My exp the place was nearly empty, but that didn't stop them from needlessly making me wait and to allow my food to substantially cool before they even contemplated actually giving me my order so even if there is a residual sense of any warmth if you are like me and have to drive a little by the time you get it if they did the well she didn't tip so I'm gonna let the food sit instead of serve while warm.If this continues refusing to pay employees and creditors by declaring bankruptcy will only be like putting a band aid on a gaping severe trauma life ending injury.Sad they have a system that should work to perfection, there should be no excuses for why they just let orders go bad because the people at this location allow it.? Stop doing take out if you can't or won't distribute orders as promised¿The one star reviews are well earnedWhich is a real shame because decent seafood is hard to come by in the rust belt.

Updated so this Red Lobster did me wrong again. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY EVEN BOTHER W LOYALTY REWARDS.BECAUSE 3 OUT OF 3 TIMES NOW EVERY TIME I USE A LOYALTY REWARD FOR SAY A EARNED APPETIZER OR DESERT THEY DO THE SAME NONSENSE WHERE THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND THEY DELAY SERVICE SO THAT BY THE TIME YOU GET YOUR FOOD ITS ALREADY ON THE WRONG SIDE OF NO LONGER EVEN BEING HOT.MAKES NO SENSE MY ORDER WAS TO BE READY AT 2:15 PMI GOT THERE AT 210 PM INSTEAD OF GIVING ME MY ORDER AROUND 215THEY DELAY AND IGNORE ME SO I HAVE TO GO INSIDE AT 230 PM OF COURSE MY FOOD WAS READY BUT HAD I WAITED IT WOULD HAD NOT BEEN TILL 235 PM THEY WOULD BOTHER TO SEND IT OUT TO THE CURBSIDE PICK UP.EVERY TIME LIKE SOME CHARMED VOODOO THEY WILL JUST REFUSE SERVICE OR DELAY IT SO AS TO ENSURE YOUR FOOD IS LOUSY.Most unpleasant experience:This time this Red Lobster location really likely purposefully botched up my order and experience.Where to begin from them refusing to bring my food to the designated curb pick up to them forcing me to go inside after waiting over 10 minutes from the text saying my food is ready and coming out.Inside it didnt get any better, my order was no where to be found and the take out person was aloof and didnt get the problem.Even worse is discovering they pretty much put old discarded cold pieces of crab to make my order. It was disgusting and not eatable.I have restaurant exp and am familiar with how crab is suppose to be and what was in my take out was beyond not acceptable.Sad that in the owners response they showed no concern for me? It took days and they are expecting me to have a disgusting fake book anti social media account? No apologies. Also of note Red Lobster totally ignored my email that had details. Instead they are concerned only because they got a bad evaluation. No concern that they ruined my day, my meal, and screwed over my loyalty reward.Hook and Reel a conpetitor is just a block north of these unconcerned operators whose employees likely broke laws with what they did to my purchased food. The more sad part is the place wasnt busy 6pm.Since you are expecting me to do your job. I would had apologized and made it right.I would had fired the young black female employee that gave me what amounted to left over garbage in take out containers. I likely would had also fired the white male with long hair aloof take out rep.I would give a raise to the young host younger white guy.I likely would retrain maybe replace the general manager or regional manager.I would also stop paying META and expecting customers to have such anti social old people media accounts.

I'm not a fan of seafood, but my friend insisted that she attendeds "Lobster Fest" once a year.so, Red Lobster it was.the food was good. I got chicken ?‍♂️ she got her lobster and was thrilled with everything!(she's elderly and doesn't get out much) she also paid ? so it's more important that she was happy.Even, or waiter was fantastic, and deserves a raise! he delt with us very professionally, with a kind sense of humor. even though he was busy, we were never left unattended. I probably won't go to Red Lobster again for a while, but if I do, this location is the one!Kid-friendliness: kids menuWheelchair accessibility: my friend uses a walker, she didn't have any problems.

Me and my family patronize this location often because it’s close to our home however lately the customer service we received from staff has been awful I mean to the point of where we’ve gotten up from our table and went to another location. We went last night for dinner and our waiter I believe his name was Austin provided outstanding services to my family and I! I was amazed at how friendly professional and patient he was. Patience is definitely needed when you have 8 year old children wanting to place their own food orders lol. I was so amazed by him. He really made our dinner experience worth every dollar spent. He was such a joy! Kudos to him?

The food and service were great. I went during lunch, so it was not crowded at all. The meal was reasonably priced. I definitely recommend during lunch time. I got the New Orleans salmon and seasoned broccoli. Everything was seasoned well, not salty at all.
