Hardest ice cream sandwich I’ve had in my whole entire life could throw it against a wall and it would make a dent. It felt like eating a jawbreaker.

Oh. My. Stars! This place is absolutely amazing! The staff was SO friendly, helpful, and patient while my husband and I figured out what we wanted (it was our first time at a Rita's!) Havanah (I think that was her name...) was so amazing, she was so kind to us and did an excellent job explaining how the dishes work and what and how to order. I got the custard flavor-of-the-week, Campfire Marshmallow, in a sundae with M&M's & cookie dough; it was phenomenal! The custard is so tasty, smooth, and soft; it's like eating a frozen cloud! My husband got the Gelati with either root beer or cola Italian Ice and the Campfire Marshmallow on top; he loved his, too! We will definitely be back as often as we can and will tell friends and family, too! Highly recommend!

Very tasty custard! I’ll definitely be back to try the ice! But I will say, the staff was kind of rude. My wife ordered a hot fudge sundae and when the girl asked what flavor, my wife was thinking. We have never been here before! So we were confused, as most places when you order a hot fudge sundae is vanilla icecream. But the young lady working there rolled her eyes! All of the staff seemed impatient with us. It was really uncomfortable.

Fantastic service . We love Vincent!!! Was my first time here and he made my visit spectacular!! You can tell her really loves his job:) Very nice owners! Definitely recommend the twist with cookie dough!!

wow. the combo of flavored ice and custard was epic. cannot recommend enough to add hot caramel ? just ridiculously good. plus the service was wonderful, friendly, fun. i wish i lived next door and could eat it every day

We all ordered something different, and we were all extremely happy with our choices! The large oreo cookie sandwich is a must if you love oreos! The Swedish fish ice was our favorite!

Easily one of my favorite places to get a delicious treat. It's a little pricier than going to get some "standard" ice cream. But it's well worth it. Staff I'd always friendly and helpful, And never mind handing out plenty of samples for us before we order.

Was very disappointed in my “large” caramel sundae. There was very little custard for a large. I definitely would have considered it a small. Can’t imagine the tiny amount you would get for a small. Done in 6 bites. Might have to find a new frozen custard place. 😢
