This is a great place, the food is good, pricing is great. When the band plays, it gets loud, but the cover band plays great music from the 80s & 90s. Not a super young crowd, more like people who really partied in the 80s & 90s.... 😁 In other words, a more mature crowd. It was cool!!

Tuesday’s are the best with their half off pizzas. People are nice and inside is very cool.

My dad, my little brother and I finally decided to checkout this place after being curious about it for so long. I really like the vibe and ambiance of the restaurant, it appears that it's a great place to socialise and host gatherings. Quiet, but busy. It's nice that you can hear one-another and talk at a reasonable volume but also not feel like you can hear others a few tables over. Conveniently, we went on Sunday which meant my little brother ate for free - which is awesome by the way. My little brother is such a picky eater and is rather peckish. As far as the food, we started with the saganaki which both my father and I agreed was a strong highlight of the experience, then I got an individual Chicago style pizza with a side of fries and my father got the macho nachos, and then my little brother got a burger and some fries as well. Our only complaint, was that the food could've used a little more flavour. I also personally felt like the Chicago style pizza's crust was a tad dry and the fries to be a little too basic. But overall we had a wonderful dine-in experience and our server was wonderful and incredibly attentive. I'm certain we'll be back, very great for casual outings and for the family.

Visited for the first time & was an excellent experience, from the sweet girl who seated us, to the experienced, friendly, and attentive server, Shelby. Had fish with mashed potatoes (substitute for fries) & coleslaw. Delicious soft bread sticks & complimentary coke refills! My son, who is vegetarian, had baked gnocchi with salad. Really enjoyed! Large banquet room also for any size party!

My walnut chicken dish was over cooked topping burnt and to much sweet sauce. Meatloaf was very tough and dry. Was looking forward to dinner big let down 😞 sorry.

I would give 5 🌟 because food was delicious and our server Ryan was so kind and attentive but the young lady at the host stand had a very poor attitude, a shame for such a cool place.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Roger’s Roost Pizza. We placed a pickup order over the phone and were initially told they do not have gluten-free options, which is simply not true—we have ordered gluten-free pizza from here before. When we asked the employee to double-check, she came back and confirmed that they do offer gluten-free, proving the initial information was incorrect.

We also asked what the total would be for our order and were told we would need to wait five minutes just to get an answer, which was frustrating and unnecessary.

When we arrived to pick up and pay, the manager told us we could not use a Visa gift card. When we asked why, he said he couldn’t give us an answer. There was no explanation or attempt to be helpful, just a flat refusal.

Customer service: 0/10

The food is decent, but the lack of communication, incorrect information, and poor attitude from staff—especially management—really ruin the experience. Unfortunately, customer service matters, and this visit fell far short.
