Kyle was an amazing server. Best server we've had in many months. Highly recommend Crispy Chicken Pimento Sandwich Nashville Hot Style. Salad bar was somewhat sad.

Hostess and waitress were real good. The kitchen was very poor except for the guy who took care of the salad bar. The food came out slow and cold and not of good quality.

First off got put at a table that was super dirty had to ask for a wash cloth got our food my mom got a chicken sandwich that was not cooked all the way and had a giant tendon going thru it. Waiter seemed annoyed walked to the bathroom stuff all over the floor from previous patrons straw wrappers bits of food and what not then the tile coming out of the kitchen was super greasy and almost slipped and fell. Only plus side is the salad bar was good. Will not be going back to this location.

Fantastic server. Great broccoli soup. Salad bar was fresh. Found the price of soup to he a tad pricey for a cup. However, the service, quality, taste and atmosphere made up for much of the price.

The food was overly seasoned. The appetizer was okay,the broccoli soup was salty. I will not recommend this restaurant. The service was friendly and prompt even though the food could have been better.

EXCELLENT but turn down the Music please, I came to talk to my family and couldn't hear my family. Otherwise Salad Bar was very nice and clean

I haven't visited Ruby Tuesdays in years, but I will definitely be back to this location soon. The customer service was outstanding and the food delicious. The staff is amazing and will go out their way to make sure you are satisfied. From the greeter, to the person who stocks the salad bar (croutons were super fresh and still warm), to the server Ryan, and the manager...everyone was great. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

My partner had barbecued chicken, mashed potatoes and zucchini. I ate the barbecued ribs. My sides were coleslaw and fried onion rings. Her sides were salad and broccoli. We all agreed the food was very good.My only problem was the ribs did not have a lot on meat on them like most "rib joints" do. Service was fine and the parking lot is huge.

Server was very good, but the food was lacking. Looked nothing like the picture. Portion size was much smaller. Zucchini was served burnt, had to be returned, but was cooked over and much better. Appetizers are always really good. Will only come back for appetizers in the future.
