Amo Sami's Shawarma Express

I was visiting from Toronto and I HAD to stop by this place. I was not disappointed ❤️ this was everything TikTok said it would be. The staff was friendly and knew customers by name so I could already tell that this place was a neighborhood favorite. The chicken sharwama was amazing and the portion was really big so I had half the next day and it heats up perfectly in the air fryer. Next time I’m in town visiting family I will definitely come again.

If you dont give this place 5 stars for their schwarma? Youre a HATER, straight up... I just had a day old one that was cold for lunch and I cant wait to get off work to go get a fresh, crispy one!

The whole Sawaramah depth on oil , btw is not healthy

Saw a video on Tik Tok by som sexy girl. She made it seem like it was number 1 top chicken schwarmers. It was 10$ online but 15$ when I got in store. The size was pretty decent tho so I felt better. The taste was ok to me. They give u a lot of food on the insides but to me it doesn't beat Pita Cafe schwarmers. And price there is way cheaper like half the price. This place was in a gas station and I usually don't do those, but it was pretty clean. Overall I gave food a 3 1/2 to a 4, because the size was decent and the bread was crispy. I like the grilled taste of the chicken if it's grilled. I think maybe if it was seasoned lil more it would've been better. But it's worth a try, would I go back? Ahh, prob not. But if my choices were minimal I prob would. But to each his own. But definitely try it out you may like better than me.
**Update. I figured out why I liked Pita Cafe chicken schwarmers better. They grill their chicken on like a grill. Amo grill theirs on like a flat grill. So I like the grill taste better than the flat grill. So it's really preference. I'll upgrade to 4 star since the grilled bread was delicious

Really like the bread being toasted to perfect crust. Its tastes decent but not the best. Or should I say not worth the price for only take out spot.

Excellent food, the best chicken sami, crispy outside, warm and juicy inside! A +++ Highly recommend. Located inside of a convenience store, but very nice!

Tried this for the first time excellent shawarma with very good flavor wait time was 20 -25 minutes I got my food in 15 highly recommended with very friendly staff

Garbage gas station sandwich. Currently in the hospital due to this sandwich. stopped by today for my first ever shawarma, the only meal I had today. I asked what was the best sandwich to get I was told the chicken. The chicken at Coney by my house tasted better. Very expensive for tasteless chicken. Sending my ER bill to you goodluck in court.

Don't waste your time here. I was told 15 minutes for my chicken shawarma. Ended up waiting 30 minutes inside the gas station. I asked for a garlic sauce and was told to pay for it. You made me wait 30 minutes for taxed gas station food and didn't include a sauce??

Edit: It was absoulutely 30 minutes. And the sandwhich was greasy and disgusting. You market well, but your service and food will run you downhill buddy.
