This particular Savvy Sliders is amazing. The food is delicious with lots of flavor in every bite. The staff is super friendly and really make you feel welcome. I loved the handy sink by the drink machine for easy hand washing. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I called and order And I ask for a hamburger with tomatoes, onions, and ketchup and mayo. And when I received my order they added pickles and cheese which I did not ask for and this is not the first time. I told them they said we can't do anything about it because it was eaten from. I always order from here and I was always happy but the last two times I came I was not happy.

I can here on a Friday around 10:15 pm and I was told that they stopped making shakes and now I read what the other person wrote Joe the owner and it seems like your employees are just too lazy. So Joe I recommend you train your employees to be more consistent with what you

Don’t come here after 10 PM because they will not make you any shakes. I hope the owner actually reads this and trains, his employees better and not have lazy employees that don’t want to do their job and make the shakes. Adding to the Owner , I came before 10:30 pm on a Friday. Replying abd offering free shake with no way of redeeming it, does not solve the issue of your employees lying.

Been here several times. The sliders are good.Tried the chicken, beef and ribeye sliders.All our good however, my favorite is ribeye sliders. I’m not much of a French fry person but theirs are good.
No doubt, it was a very good food. More than that, I never seen customer service like that. Very lovely, smiling, nice, polite and helpful with absolutely no attitude.
The food was hot and fresh! The employees seemed frustrated and tired, and I saw a lot of remakes. It took a while for everyone to get their food. It seems like the cooks were upset.
I understand business often have issues with their ordering system. There is absolutely no reason to be rude to the customer because of this however. Roughly quoting the cook Matthew, "I'm not making this ****, there's no ticket for it." Frankly sir, I don't care if you don't have the ticket, I have the receipt that shows I paid for it. Really unfortunate because the food is actually quite good, the service is just awful. They also refused to give me a refund once the order was 40 minutes late. I don't want store credit, I'm not coming back.
