I made my rookie appearance today at Scooters! It was a fabulous experience! Makayla (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very sweet and kind! She made my morning! AND the coffee is AMAZING!! This will be my regular stop before work! Thank you for the wonderful coffee and experience!!

Stopped at Scooter's Coffee for the first time, on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights. Got a Skinny Mocha with and extra shot. AWESOME!! As I'm diabetic it was perfect. Could taste the chocolate and espresso. Neither the chocolate or espresso over powered the other. Just downloaded their app for rewards. Definitely my new coffee spot.

Im not a coffee guy, so this review has nothing to do with the coffee here, which im sure is great. But the breakfast sandwitch and burrito are just not great. I do not recommend ordering them. The burrito is the same gross microwave ones you buy at the store. The sandwitch is meh too. Steaming a bagel just makes them super chewy.. Idk why anyone would do that. The good quality's in the sandwitch was that the sausage was tasty and a good choice of cheese.

100% will not be making this a new breakfast spot. But i will say, the service is A1!

First off this coffee shop is amazing I was so excited when I saw it going up and couldn’t wait to try it. Everything I’ve had so far has been amazing and the baristas are absolutely rock stars not only from a customer perspective but also as a former manager always polite and upbeat and always trying to upsell I love it! With all that being said I visited today and got an amazing iced latte and when I went to pay I used my card and asked if she could add a tip and she said she’s not able to seems how they don’t have the hand held P.O.S I hardly carry cash on me and wasn’t able to tip. I asked why they couldn’t use it anymore and while it is understandable from a business owner point of view to always want to please the customers sometimes you have to take a stand for the employees. I ran a couple of coffee shops while the owner was off with another business venture and this is something I dealt with we brought in the handheld because cash tips were very minimal and in this economy tips are need to help sustain a somewhat livable wage on a barista’s salary. This isn’t a Tim Horton where they just press a button and coffee is done drinks are handcrafted individually they are essentially bar tenders minus the alcohol. All of that being said to say you can’t please everyone customers will come and go but if they’re going to throw a fit about the tip option showing up when you can simply just hit no tip do you really want their business? Please bring back the hand held p.o.s so these amazing baristas can get the tips they very much so deserve? I love this place and hope to see you thrive in the future ❤️

10s across the board! Stopped by this morning for a coffee. I got an iced white mocha and the everything bagel sandwich. Drink was 10/10! The sandwich was so good! I was so surprised how flavorful it was, i think it’s the sausage. & then it had the nerve to have a little kick of spice to it too! Oh yes! I will be back. My cashier was so nice. The “you can scoot right up” is adorable. lol took me a minute to process the concept but i love it.
