I've eaten at Shake Shack about 7x now. This was my first time at this particular location. My last time was in Rochester for the Xmas tree lighting. Service was good, and food was freshly cooked. Overall, I give it a 4. A 4 but not a 5 is because of the prices. Plus, the Burgers are very, very AVERAGE. One thing that I love about Shake Shack is that i dont get that McDonald's, Burger King, Wendys, etc, bloat afterward. I guess it's better beef. Better fries and frying oil. You feel better leaving. Kinda like Chick-Fil-A. For me, and my family, I spent $71.⁰⁰ and that's including a 3.⁰⁰ tip. Hey, I gotta tip something! But for such a small burger, it's not worth the price. Shakes are small, too. Fries are good but not worth the price for a little tray of fries. This is a place you go to twice a year. I could've gone to Texas Roadhouse for $71.⁰⁰ Won't be back anytime soon.

So my first trip to shake shack started off a little rocky. But mistakes happen...the only thing I care about is how people handle mistakes.Marlon the manager not only handled the situation, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my first Shake Shack experience was an amazing one. He certainly was successful in making me a customer for life.And he even blessed my dog with a couple of milk bones before we left.Oh...and the food was stellar.I will definitely be back. Thank you Marlon for being the awesome man that you are. Thank you so much

Always a good experience as Shake Shack. The food is always good and consistent. The only problem is it's very expensive in terms of fast food places. Expect to pay ~$40 for 2 people. They do have the best shakes around!

This place is whack. This is the third time I ordered there and they mess up the order. Not going here ever again.
The food here is extremely good, but its pricey. I get the veggie shack and get avocado on it instead of cheese. It's the best vegan burger I've ever had. The spicy fries here are also really good. I also love that they have nondairy chocolate shakes and ice cream. Love the atmosphere and always leave happy. My boyfriend and my brother agree they have the best burgers.

The employee that closed the door to this business at 9:55 on Friday March 8th should be fired! No business should close their doors when there's an online order sitting on counter waiting to be picked up! Today's experience left me with a bad taste. ?
